  Dam, Purdue looks a little scary, inside - - -outside got some Bigs - - - BUT then on the other side of the plate, they look like they might play a little out of control at times, not sure that could be just me, but looks like a little helter skelter at times. - -Swanigan can pull the opposition big out you have to at least make an effort to guard his outside shot., their big’s Haas and Swanigan - -might be trouble. - - First games first though cause we can’t overlook Michigan St by any means. - -If we play up to our potential we should be fine. - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

  @chriz Strap the right one to his waist with plywood and duct tape, and just plant him right outside the restricted zone for D. His one hand would improve our interior defense 100% because Lucas has an injured hand, too!

  I like the prop bet that every 1 seed will win by double digits in the first round. I’d take that bet, but even that isn’t a sure thing. The tournament is a crap shoot. I look at the 1, 2, and 3 and have a hard time seeing a first round upset. History says that 2 three seeds and 1 or 2 two seeds should be upset by the second round, several of them in the first round. I haven’t watched enough basketball to see where the upset lies, but there will be several. With any luck they will open up KU’s path to the championship. An easy path would be welcome, but the guys still have to show up as the past has taught us.

  I’ve learned to pick one bracket with KU winning, then another bracket with one of the other teams. That other team is UNC. I was really feeling the UCLA thing, but then those pesky defensive numbers I looked at took me off course there (though UNC is just adequate).

  @truehawk93 I think the coaching personalities needed for the NBA are quite different than those for college. In college assistant coaches tell the players what to do and they do it. In the NBA assistants suggest to the players what to do and players, who all make more money than the coaches, tell them if they feel like doing it…or not.
