This team was talent deficient whether people want ti believe that or not. Really good college players, but overall they weren’t deep and lacked an “elite” guy imo.

Arkansas is great in March and has been under Muclemsan( not sure how he spells it) they could easily make the final four.

@kuballin10 coaching. Lots of face guarding Brady with no movement to free him. Outside his crashing the boards never really played to get him going

The 10 second call by Harris was killer. Also how can these coaches not correct the offensive screen fouls that they have been plagued by all year? Unbelievable.

Do I think we win with Bill there? Yes. Could we and should we have won without him? Hell yes. I hope at some point his teams start shooting free throws better.

Overall honestly one of the funnest teams I’ve ever watched. I think they had a high ceiling but definitely didn’t get there. Always a sad day when it’s over

@Kcmatt7 UT at home and Baylor second half at home. Probably what I’d consider their ceiling. But like CS says. Teams will usually play around 5 games below who they are, 5 above who they are, and the rest are true to who they are. I’d called today one if the below obviously

Maybe it’s the 10 second call late but that so reminiscent of Michigan in 2013. We had the ball up 4 with just over two minutes to go and had a ten second call. That’s so tough for me to handle from 2 really good guards that had mental lapses when you just can’t.

Well that sucks. pretty pathetic second half with Harris dinged and KJ out.
Seemed obvious the defense let up with Harris hobbled. And he gave up a few chances at the rim he usually would take.
Highly disappointed in this outcome. Jalen with only NINE shot attempts. that’s bad.
Just didn’t need to lose this game. highly winnable.

Buffered my expectations due to the wide ceiling/floor this team had. Really been more interested in next years roster construction of both KU and KC. Mahomes

When you already have 4 fouls, you cannot play as aggressive as you want to, especially with how the refs called today, because you will foul out.
