@BeddieKU23 - makes sense. I’m hoping the price is reasonable or KU doesn’t go for his services. I know he would make the team elite, but there are other good players who can help a lot, too. If he goes to UK, it will be interesting to see how they use his skills in “dribble drive”. I’d just really like to get a guy who wants to be a Jayhawk, not an employee….

The problem, from where I sit, is a lot of the most talented guys are going thru draft evaluation stuff. That greatly delays some KU targets from making a decision and holds up the entire process. Just my take.

Knecht STINKS, wanted him nowhere near Lawrence and thankfully it doesn’t seem we ever did more than “contact” him.
Hart was a solid plan B though I feel.

But yet a lot of the targets Ku is going after so are other bigger programs and yet they still getting commits. -or at least Names that had been mentioned as possible KU targets & those targets flying off the boards.

The UNC fans have no clue, they are saying that they feel good saying Ingram had delayed his visit for evey reason but the real reason. Which we found out he put it off because Bill was at the hearing right ? People saying we had backed off - -we wereen’t wanting him, and they thought he would sign before he left- - he would never even make his visit to KU.

So Hunter should be gone by no - -so now we shall see and play the waiting game - -see if he adds even MORE Schools or he calls it good after the Kentucky & Villanova game. Kind of mixed review from Kentucky fans, some are saying anyways they not as over whelming as you would think - -some are really glad he might be theirs - -others saying he isn’t that much better then others & how Cal isn’t gonna let him step out and hit the 3 - -some trying to compare him with the Harrison kid- - talking about how the Harrison kid was so well like and Hunter kind of a douche. Gonna be interesting - -I just don’t think Villanova is really a threat - - now if Wright was still there - -THEN I would be worried but just not seeing it with their staff

So now we will see if Ingram ends up showing up for his visit here or not. - -If he shows - then it’s NOT over , If he shows and Bill has that chance at him - ,good we have that Chance after those other guys have had theirs. - -Kinda just like Kentucky having a shot at their sell after us with Hunter - we got the last word- -we shall see.

You know I love it, and it happens more and more , and I’m not talking necessarily here -but on other KU sites as well as other sites how these thing play out. Example people were talking about what a great catch it would be if Ingram landed here, how he was a really good player and be a great fit, a nice replacement nice fit , would be the answer at the 4 - -and BAM as soon as Ingrams announces or any other player announces it’s all the same so predictable response beyond funny it’s pathetic. you can mark it down the remarks are going to now become :
OH well he really isn’t that good of player anyways - - - OR - - we really didn’t want him that much any ways - -OR no big loss-- OR he was a back up plan anyways - -so & so is a better player anyways - -it’s fricken funny

They are still the same players and the fact is a lot of these kids by passing KU cause they feel they are getting slow played

Tyson is back in the picture because we whiffed on ingram and there’s just a lack of wings on the market now. Hakim hart committed to nova, mgbako’s whole situation is weird, and looking at the current nba draft entrants that may come back to college does not look good. I guess pray Julian Phillips comes back to college and doesn’t go to auburn?
