@BShark We need him next year. ‘‘We just gave it to Isiaih Mosley, that’s pretty much handled all our shooting concerns,’’ Missouri State coach Dana Ford said. ‘‘He did a fantastic job getting to his sweet spots and playing off two feet. Our guys did a good job getting it to him. They knew he had a hot hand and instead of trying to do other things, we just kind of rode the way with him.’’

wow
How old is this kid? Transfer portal?
Jr. Averaging 20 a night. 51% fg, 45% 3ptfg, 91% from the line. Averaged 19 as a sophomore. Kid has range, handles, size, a floater game and Supreme confidence in his shot. His step back 3 is money
-
I will add he is allowed to play iso hero ball and make plays which is not how KU plays. The connection to KU players is definitely something to watch if he wanted to show himself on the big stage
-
@focojayhawk lol
-
No rumblings, just a kid to keep an eye on.
-
Just FYI, Gracie Allen, now playing for the Bucks put Alex Caruso, a decent player for the Bulls out 6-8 weeks with this incredibly dirty play. He was seen smiling and laughing as he left the court after being ejected.

@kuballin10 It Was it me? Don’t think so. Not just Auburn, Kentucky, LSU, Tennessee, Alabama. I will say though, didn’t expect the sec to be this tough.
-
Saw that. I don’t have good words for him but I’m forever grateful his shot against us in the elite 8 rimmed out
-
@wissox I saw that! Some day something bad is going to happen to that guy, probably by the Morris twins.
-
@wissox taught by the one and only
-
@Crimsonorblue22 I wish the Bulls would have shown him a lesson before he left the court. Incidentally he punched Jay Morant (SP?) in the face the other day.
-
@wissox speaks volumes about coach K

In women’s basketball KSU’s Ayoka Lee broke the single game scoring record today with 61 points in a 94-65 KSU win over 14th ranked OU. She was 23-30 from the field and 15-17 from the FT line.

HOLY SMOKES - - that’s insane
-
Hmmm, MSU with a tough stretch on their schedule. Back to back road games with ranked teams, except both ranked teams missing their one of their own best players. Illinois hanging tough right now but MSU clawing their way back into it.
-
Lol crazy. You know that sad little Mizzery team we beat the hell out of sometime back ? - -They had Auburn running scared. Lucky to get out of Columbia with a win Auburn -55 - - Missouri - 54
-
In the end, it’s just another L for the Tiggers.
-
Kentucky in a fight with Mississippi State at home. Up 2 with about 3:30 left.
-
Kentucky-MSU going to OT.
-
Kentucky by 8 in OT. UCLA up by 15 with about a minute left in the first against Arizona.
-
Louisville in talks to can Chris Mack. Surprised it’s taken this long imo
-
@Texas-Hawk-10 It looked like UCLA exposed Arizona. The part I watched they looked overmatched.
-
It all started here:

I can honestly say I had never heard Dr. Naismith speak before. Aside from the lack of running water and electricity, disease, pestilence, the dust bowl, the stock market crash, the depression, WWI and the rise of communism, it really was a simpler time.

Some rumors/talk of Bruce Pearl been talking to Louisville about the possibility being Coach. - -Has been looking at property on a lake in vicinity

Because Pearl is the guy you want helming your team when you are trying to fight NCAA allegations.

would be going from a team on probation - - to a team on probation. - -sure not a step up , would be a lateral move. doesn’t make a lot of sense

Keep is classy methzu even when your not playing us and losing by 30

Auburn to Louisville is definitely a step up. Louisville is a place you can win national championships at while Auburn is not. Pearl could have a monster at Louisville once their sanctions are done.

He has a very legit shot at winning the National title this year at Auburn. – Auburn is no joke - -Louisville though IS a joke. Don’t think you will have to worry about them making a title run. - Pearl ha the Auburn program at a level now where they are always going to filed a strong ball team even keel now with Louisville, unless they get a good Coach they are going to continue to waller in ehh ball, for sur not what they use to be

I’m not referring to this year specifically. Louisville has the same number of Final Four appearances as Auburn has NCAA tournament appearances. Louisville has 3 national titles to Auburn’s 1 Final Four that came under Pearl. Louisville is also committed long term to basketball whereas basketball is an afterthought at Auburn. Louisville is a top 10 all time program and you’re really going to try and argue Auburn that Auburn is an equal overall job? Sorry, but the two programs are not comparable to each other.

Sorry disagree. Auburn was more of a football program in the past - -not so much in the present day. Your final 4 appearances are something of the past. We are talking present and future. Bruce Pearl has brought the Auburn program up to the level where there IS interest in the Basketball program as evidenecd by the Auburn Kentucky game last Saturday - - insane atmosphere have one of the more talented players in the Nation in Jabari Smith. They are just not a football school anymore. In years past Maybe but not now. Yet it’s ok to have varying opinion you think how you like it’s fine. All I’m saying is in todays present and future Auburn is no dog have improve quite a bit and NOW at this point if not equal they are right there and I think now today - -lateral move
-
@BeddieKU23 You beat me to it. I actually tuned in and thought, good lose, Auburn. Now I’m glad they won.
-
Iowa St won in OT by 3 over Oklahoma St on the road.
Oklahoma beat Huggy Bear by 10 in Morgantown.
-
I feel sorry for W VA players, Huggy must not be a happy camper.
-
Jeebus, this Gonzaga 7 foot freshman is awesome. So far tonight I’ve seen him drive for a dunk in the half court, drive full court to the rim, hit a few threes, dribble. Highly skilled.
-
@rockchalkjayhawk Still surprised mock drafts don’t have him going #1. I know the other guys in the convo are good, but he’s a freak of nature.

No kidding. Ya know, having seen him play just a few times, he reminds me a little bit of Danny Manning. Dunno if he’s got his passing skills though. One of the announcers last night said something about him being the possible No 1 pick.
-
He was touted #1 after a couple games, especially for ball-handling, then struggled a couple times and reality set in waiting for more consistency across the board. If I recall correctly…
-
Melo… Melo… Melooooo…
And then Embiid steps in.

A lot of it is his lack of muscle. He is a stick and will need some time to bulk up in the NBA before he plays to his potential at that level. Once he adds bulk, does he lose any of what makes him a gifted player?
Those questions are why he’s not #1 and Banchero and Smith are more likely to picked ahead of Holmgren.
-
I dunno I might well be getting a wrong take off this but thought Bruce Weber m made kind of an odd statement after Baylor the other night. - --Weber said that their game Today is a HUGE game a statement game and could make their Season - -I would think your Conference games would mean more

Wondering as I can’t remember . - Were we ever involved or in consideration for A J Davis ?

Schneider did a heck of a job overhauling that roster in the portal. That being said he’s never struck me as a particularly good coach.
