Amazing player, but he didn’t spend 3 years in college and almost 2 seasons away from the league to, I guess, play baseball. I wish Lebron had gone to college, KU of course, just to see what he would’ve done.
His game is totally different… but on this, I like to compare him to Frank. Frank has done well for himself and he has a much better NBA body over Devon. @justanotherfan said it right… the NBA grinds up small guards. I think it would be smart for Devon to earn his degree because he will probably use it later. His best shot is to be here through his junior year (at least).
Anyone check out Devonte’s heroics in G-league? I barely recognized him because he has been building his body to better translate to the league.
Once these guys go for the league, you can tell the serious players because they always make a huge leap in conditioning once they leave. So few have the body necessary at that level when coming straight from college. But heck… they have a lot more time to dedicate to basketball and conditioning…
Mercy, tragic - -things like this can really effect a person too. - -Coach Boeheim has to live with this tragedy the rest of his life- - -just sad for everybody concerned. - Time heals. – - tragic accident - - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY
Harden continued one of the best scoring runs ever with 35 points against the Raptors, extending his streak of 30-plus-point performances to 22 games. It’s the fourth-longest streak of 30-point games in NBA history, surpassed only by Wilt Chamberlain, who has three streaks longer than Harden’s, including a record 65.
@FarmerJayhawk Also keep in mind that most cord cutting options like Roku, PSVue, Sling and others are not true a la carte options yet, they offer different packages based on similar type of programs such as premium movie channels, sports, travel and cooking, and options like that. Getting a conference network into those line ups as part of a sports package is what each of the conferences needs to do. The B12 is out in the cold on this because they don’t have a conference network because of the Longhorn Network which ESPN doesn’t want to roll over into a B12 Network which would the smart move on their end since the LHN isn’t available everywhere because they won’t do a deal with Comcast. Make it a B12 Network and Comcast would pay the price ESPN wants.
I really do believe one of the P5 conferences is going to die during the next round of realignment which is coming in the next 5 years and it’s going to be the B12 because the lack media markets outside of Texas that anyone cares about.
ASU was playing well in the first half and leading most of it and was within 3 point with 4 minutes left but disintegrated the rest of the game and could not play decent defense and Vanderbilt scored its last 14 points in the last 3 minutes from the FT line.
Looks like your connection to KU Buckets was lost, please wait while we try to reconnect.
