Disagree. The Liberace period of Silo Tech might have been the single most hilarious event in their history. I miss hearing a coach that sounds like Mr. Bill. Tang is harder to insult, although the weird chicken dance at the end of wins at home is pure Liberacesque.

I’ll be cheering for Mizzou for once after watching Bama fans posting this today with “Get the gat” lyric while pretending a chair is a gun. What’s going on down there in Bama? If this was my team doing this I’d just have to quit cheering for them for a while.

The Texas bench scored 23 pts last night; 15 by Bishop. In 47 min of playing our bench scored 6 pts. In 23 min of playing time Joe was 1-4 and Bobby didn’t shoot in his 8 min. I sure wish KU had a Remy Martin type player on the bench; Mr. offense. I’m satisfied and excited for Udeh and his future at KU. But, how did our coaching staff miss so badly on the other bench players? From here on, Jalen, Gradey and Juan cannot have an off night.

Re: Tang, COY, my query is did he just get lucky in the portal or is he a great evaluator of talent and a coach who gets his guys to play well? The next two seasons will provide the answer. Great job in 2022-3 Coach Tang. And, I root for all the Big 12 teams to win in the tourny, even KState. I’d like to see an all Big 12 final four.

@stoptheflop Before Remi started his hot streak last year off the bench, what kind. of production did we get from the bench? It’s almost like our bench players really aren’t expected to score since the starting five pretty well takes care of that. It would be a real bonus if they did, but none other than Joe look to score. As long as they can play good defense and either score a few or create opportunities for starters to score, I’m ok with that.

Remember what I was saying about how Self cooked Calipari? Self pretty much laid it out in the post game too. Been a problem all year for them and a big part of why they probably won’t make a tournament run. No coaching from Calipari, just vibes.

Well my friends I don’t want to be a possible future Debbie Downer but A team I really don’t want to match up with at this present moment in the NCAA’s 7 that my friends is DUKE… Yes I realize we have already beaten them this year, and not saying we couldn’t again BUT thing is this DUKE team now is not who we played early in the Season.
Duke is now the team a lot of people thought they would be in the beginning. - when we played them it was the Tip Off Classic - a bunch of Duke Freshmen , and players hurt . Now with Lively , Whitehead , and Felp - -what’s his name , now they might as well say Soph’ - and they are healthy -just saying guys they are a dangerous teams guys - just a bad matchup - -Length , Height - playing really good defense - -but if that happens it happens - ew just got to take whoever right one game at a time - -just ssaying this is one team I would like to stay away from as long as possible

Me too. Once Conference Season is over , I pull for ALL our Conference brothers, the better they play - - represent - the better , stronger the Conference looks. Put a beating down on all these other wanna be Schools. So we get what 7 Schools in ? - -wish could get the 8th but no - we need to represent do some damage in the tourney. - I think KU -K/State & Texas might get some W’s do some damage

Come on now, don’t let your hate for the purple kitties over shadow reality. -Thy had a good year I look for them to win a game – maybe even two in the tourney. You do remember how bad we have looked at times this year right ? -This is a team where he came in and only had TWO leftovers on that squad -he has done a hell of a job working with transfers/portals and such. I can’t stand them but I’m gonna give credit where credit is due.
Let him hace Coach of the Year - could of been worse guys that didn’t deserve it as much - Let them have that , and w will just take another NCAA Championship

I’d 100% start Kendric Davis over Juan. That’s playing the best players.

It’d be like MOP Frank mason playing on this team - lookout. Juan is good but without a remy he’s limited.
Davis doesn’t need a remy
If you want to bench someone else like Kev or Gradey instead that’s fine and play two small guards like the mason/Graham days so be it.
