  It must be something in the water. Or maybe the walk up Mt Oread takes it out of everyone’s legs. I remember Cedric Hunter in the mid 80s. A very good point guard who shot at about 50%. Even watching NBA games, if a shooter clanks a couple my wife asks if they played for Kansas.

  @jayballer54 The defense really worries me…we play good defense in stretches, but overall not that great. TT scored way too much in the 2nd half.

  @BeddieKU23 They had a more efficient hatchet man for damn sure. Marsha was so pissed Perry went to KU was surely best chance for advancing WSU had. His players were fair but coach is bush league & small time. Will never be big potatoes . French Fries at best

  @JayHawkFanToo Great to put Self’s words here for perspective! Not only did we give up 18 3ptrs, which, seriously, is IowaState’s 1-calling card. How do we let them get so many 3s off? And the 2nd key factor in losing to IowaState, was 20 turnovers at home, compared to ISU’s 13. That is simply ridiculous, and not following Self’s formula for success. I just hope we learn from it, as the 51game home winning streak is the LEAST of my worries. I want actual hardware/trophies. KY got beat twice at home this year, but I’ve seen their gleaming trophy case, just as I see the hdwe in the museum entrance to AFH…

  @Lulufulu I doubt he will. Scoring seems to be his thing. I will say this about his stats, Rubio seemingly has about 15 assists every night I look and Towns seemingly has about 15 or so boards every night. This limits the possibilities for those stats somewhat.

  It seems a little obvious to me what Frans issue with KU is, his son walked on at OU, walk on or scholarship it doesn’t matter, he was vested and into OU, it was his sons team for crying out loud. He loved OU because his son played there and he will always favor them. He will always hate KU deep down because he is an OU fan at heart. The same reason all other Big 12 teams hate us, we always win. Even when OU had some of their best chances with future pros with Griffin and recently Buddy, they could not beat us. He is paid to be partial however he just can’t help himself. I am for one getting tired of his face and his comments, I tweet him daily letting him know that he is obvious in his hate for KU.

  The east coast bias is easily seen. I think the Grayson Allen deal and the 10 near misses are just to talk about duke. The bpi is a total F***in joke. The main reason I don’t like ESPN lately is the gosh darn political BS. You fired several guys for having conservative views but praise guys with left wing views (I’m independent, they’re all liars). I try not to watch because of these reasons unless we play. This is why I hope a mid west team wins the title in everything outside of being a fan of the royals and Jayhawks. I honestly think it hurts recruiting. I personally don’t buy the Nike deal because if that’s what it took we would be back to Nike really fast plus some of these East coast guys are adidas.

  @jayballer54 I’m watching Dook and UNCheat, and I have to say that Justin Jackson looks like a stud. That outlet pass in the first minute of the game…omg. We already beat Dook, and I know we would beat Roy and company, but I certainly like watching the way Roy’s teams play, especially on offense. I LOVE fast breaks…
