    @stoptheflop One of the Major flaws which will probably cost us tomorrow but it has reared it's ugly head all year long is- ---the dam long ass scoring droughts with sloppy forced pass & shots-- just pisses the f - - -off. you can take it to the bank we will go through one of these which will cost us dearly against St John's Think we need to make more of an effort to get Flory involved early in the game. I need to see Flory go right at Zuby be aggressive and make Zuby defend early. I think we are starting to fall into the old thing again of just having the ball in Darryn's and everybody else just standing around waiting for Darryn make a play. while the rest of the team stands around and slosh's through sludge

They are the only team remaining that knows what it's like to go the distance! I used to be for any B12 team this late in the race... but UA has a lot of really shitty fans bashing KU. It was enough to make me pull for Michigan. This should be one helluva game! Also... I'm pulling for UI, especially Brad Underwood! Kansas native from McPherson! He's a KSU grad. And KSU tried to hire him after Weber, but he was smart enough to stick it out at Illinois! Good man! There's a very solid bracket strategy called OSOC. For 17 of the last 18 seasons, the champs have either been a 1 seed or UConn with Villanova in 2016 being the exception as they were a 2 seed.

    Ignorant/Stupid question: Is it not allowed to establish a buyout on a player's contract so if another program wants a player, they not only have to pay the athlete, but also have to pay a buyout to the program? For example, the buyout could be $500k if they leave after 1 year and $1m if after 2 years. Some sort of structure so the program gets some compensation for the investment it puts into the athlete that is simply transported to the other program... Right now, only the player gets compensated.

    The most important thing is winning in March, well and in April. But a season can be enjoyable even without the end of season success. I love watching KU play basketball. I love being other teams super bowl. Frankly we are that to just about every team that plays us. The only team that can talk any smack about us right now in the league is Baylor, and maybe Houston a recent runner up. Arizona hasn't been to an elite 8 since 2015, final 4 since 2001. Yes they could break that embarrassing streak of no FF's this year. We're crying because we haven't been there since 2022? Iowa St? Laughable to hear their pitiful fans talk smack on us. They've not earned the right because, well they've been waiting since 1944 when my 89 year old mom was 8 years old to play in a final four! BYWho? They're a midmajor that's been to 3 elite 8's. Texas Tech at least has a recent proud achievement with their national runner up in 2019. So I'm still darn tooting pleased to be cheering on the crimson and blue. We've still got lots of great stuff going on. Jump back on board Mr Nuleaf!

For sure I get on these guys fairly often but there is a difference between pointing out a bad play and hating a player for mistakes on the court. I loved KJ and Juan as people just don’t believe they should’ve ever been starting for the KU basketball team.

    @JoJoAndMe we really waste a few fouls and should’ve tried to get the last one with less than 2 seconds remaining. One of the fouls on Zuby he was 75 feet from the goal. Get in front of him and make the big guy waste some dribbles or trap him trying to get a steal. It was just poorly executed. We also gave away so many possessions not being able to get the ball in. The announcers said we worked on it the day before, you just would’ve never known watching. We looked panicked and like we didn’t expect any pressure at all.

    @kjayhawks2.0 i get the reasons re: NIL, but the fact that this is an us problem and not an everyone problem makes it pretty clear Self will be on his way out, and hiring a players coach is the only path forward to success.

    Anything done with an EO is worthless here. The court rulings are driving the NCAA currently, so any changes to those rulings would need to come from laws passed by congress, not EOs.
