Svi MVP. I know Newman was a freak offensively, but Svi guarded and rebounded with a future NBA allstar all night long. I hope scouts took note and Svi earned himself a spot in the draft.

Not impressed with Bagley he was largely neutralized by Svi who is much smaller and Doke punked him a few times and his outside shot was AWOL. He can dominate smaller college players but he will have problems with the bigger NBA bodies.

Loved the way the team shut down Allen 1 of 12 and 1of 9 from 3 if you discount the " who gives a shit" three as the clock ran out in OT. Also his D was pathetic. I will go to bed tonight LMAO. Fantastic game, great win over a damn good team

Svi had his best game as a Jayhawk tonight IMO. The job he did guarding Bagley tonight was incredible. And he had a double-double as well the tying 3 to send the game to OT. Malik was great tonight, but Svi was the MVP of this game.

I forgot about thatā¦when Tripperās shot at the end of regulation rolled round to the back of the ironā¦I thought it was in and we had lost. Game of inchesā¦and we were due to get a break!

Iāve never been so proud of a team. 7 man rotation. Bill bringing Silvio on at semester will go down as the greatest recruiting move he ever made. Hope Ayton and Sexton enjoy the cash they took.

4 Duke players played a combined 176 minutes and 198 for all 5 starters, 4 KU players played 172 minutes, 191 for all 5 starters. Doke and Carter limited to 22 and 19 minutes due to foul trouble. Our bench outscored Duke 8-6. Iron man basketball for both teams.

When the refs took Allen to the woodshed for his tripping, his defense went to hell. I saw him get his ass handed to him four different times tonight and I may have missed some more. Was so glad to see KU put an end to his BS atitude.

When Gracieās ball was rollin around the rim and then not go in, that seemed like all kinds of special karma moving it gently aside.
And way to step up in OT without Doke, great team effort.

With the events in overtime as Malik Newman was able to score every point for KU in out scoring Dook 13-9. The NCAA has officially changed the name of Overtime to Malik Newman time.
