NCAA NON- KU GAMES

No foul on the dunk?
-
Just sad to not block out on FTs…
-
<—feeling a Silo meltdown coming
-
And to think how I griped so loudly when they put FAU in the rankings. Shame on me.
-
Gotta make the free ones
-
HOOT HOOT
-
Thought he walked too
-
They all shake hands?
-
FAU +22 RBs. 82% on FTs - especially clutch down the stretch…
-
Impressive group, humble and shirts on!
-
Haha!!! Bye bye kitties!!!
-
Hell ya!! FAU fear the birds
-
Wooot woooty
-
Big should not have put it on the floor.
-
No more bullying crims! ️
-
@approxinfinity surprised nowell didn’t shoot it again!
-
Anyone care to join in Manhattan tomorrow? I figure I save time playing golf there, everyone knows they only have 14 holes, cause they can’t make the final four.
-
Nowell is a dude. Does he have another year? Lol. I hope not
-
@Kcmatt7 thankfully no, this was his Covid year
-
What an absolutely chaotic tournament
-
Amazing how often ksu just steps on their own junk in the tournament. Butler, Loyola, now FAU. Incredible
-
Someone tell me NIL and transfers only benefits the best teams. A mid-major WILL be in the title game

I don’t think Creighton is considered a mid major anymore since they moved to the Big East.
-
I’m sure they will still need to make a sweet E8 DVD and are now the new dominant power in the big12 tho…
-
It’s funny to me because KU chokes every year according to them. 2018 they lost to an 11 seed in the E8 and now this year a 9 seed. If the roles were reversed they’d be blowing up the twitter and Facebook feeds talking smack.
-
@kjayhawks I tried to take bets on if KSU won tonight the celebrators in Manhattan would eventually chant you-know-what.
No one was willing to bet against it
-
@mayjay they did after they won the B12 in football
-
Betting KSU hangs a banner….
-
CBS Sports said Kansas State has now lost 8 straight Elite 8 games.
Longest such streak by any team in NCAA Tournament history (last win was in 1964).

They are now 4-10 all time in the Elite 8.
-
@cragarhawk and they’ll hang a banner, order rings
-
My son won 600 bucks with his free money. When he saw the odds since he disliked ksu so much it was worth it.
-
I’m surprised they didn’t interview tang!
-
Timme looks so uncoordinated

As always, I start going down the stat rabbit hole when you surface a tidbit like this.
Looks like KU is 16-7 if I read Wikipedia correctly. 10-6 since the tourney went to 64 teams in 1985. Bill is 4-5, Roy 4-1, Larry 2-0.
-
@mayjay the E8 game is the only round Self has a losing record in as KU coach. I think it’s one of the hardest games to win between a short turnaround and you know you’re playing a good team regardless of seed. If a team can make the elite 8 they can make the FF. Sadly the round of 32 is Selfs second worse win % getting dangerously close to .500. BS now has 8 first weekend losses as our head coach, which to be honest is ok if we get a few more titles I can live with.
-
I think I wouldn’t mind see Mark Few steal a title here. Doesn’t look good for them currently but I think he deserves one.
-
This UCONN team looks unstoppable. I would rather anyone but UConn win the title this year. It’s mind boggling that they have the same number of titles as Kansas with absolutely no consistency as a program. They just show up every few years and win the whole darn thing. Somebody needs to do a statistical analysis of their program. Don’t think there is any other team in any sports with this type of inconsistency and titles. The standard deviation is off the charts.
Can’t stomach them having 5 titles in 24 years to our 4 in 70+ years!
-
Did anybody see that painting? That looked worse than a 5 yr old!
-
UConn was hot and zags are not. I’m not crazy about either of these teams, but what a shitshow by gonzaga. Might as well just walk off the court

I thought maybe they stole Zags play diagram for tonite.
-
I would’ve loved to have seen what Self would’ve come up with against UConn. Their 3 point shooting is what’s carried them more than anything else this tournament. I still think our defense would’ve been able to give UConn major issues.
-
They said coming in UConn had the largest margin of victory in tournament history at 21 ppg, that looks to go up even more. They haven’t even been challenged at this point.
-
@Texas-Hawk-10 I’m actually glad we didn’t play UConn. I think it would have been a USC type of an ending to the season.
-
@kjayhawks Huskies looked so good first 15 games of the season. I thought they were unbeatable then. Then got into conf play and obviously didn’t look as stout alot of the time. Back to looking great so far this tourney. Probably gonna be tough to beat.

-
Hard to believe these two teams are playing for the right to meet Florida Atlantic in the Final four.
-
Rooting for San Diego I like Dutcher, think he is an underrated coach and Fisher was out there as well.
-
SDS is definitely the stronger team - Creighton has had big trouble corralling rebounds that they get their hands on. Kalkbrenner definitely has fight in him but isn’t strong enough to finish through or over the SDS bigs…
-
This game is going to end on a foul call. I’m sure Creighton’s fans will have nothing to say about that.
