It could be worse. Hopefully we have Dave (and Tristan) back for the NCAA tournament. Until then, guys really need to take it upon themselves to be smart and not put themselves at additional risk for contracting Covid.

well we have played with like 5 out before right ? - -playing Jalen at the 5 sport right? I guess we play with Marcus - - - Ocahi - - - Jalen - - - Christian & now maybe Bryce ? - just means Christian has to really step up - - Jalen really need to really step up

On one hand it sucks on the other this team isn’t making noise in the tournament anyway.
I don’t think it’s impossible for us to make a run. UTEP aside, the team has been playing with more consistency lately. Just need to treat every game like we’re playing Baylor and play with that kind of intensity.

Oklahoma doesn’t have that great of big, Wilson and Mitch can take turns. Play Juan more. I hope tech wins. If not play Marcus on Sims. Offense?

What a week for KU fans. First Miles, now this. Can we please get through 24 hours without another punch to the gut ?
That said, we’ve been pretty lucky so far in terms of virus cancellations. The law of averages is finally catching up with us. Hope everybody’s healthy and cleared to play by the 18th.

@FarmerJayhawk KU is definitely in play for TyTy but yeah likely a tough sell. You could and would easily start both if say, Ochai goes pro. Would much prefer Ochai back ofc.

For sure. Clearing the scholarships would be tricky. We’re already 1 over, so we’d have to shed 3 to take both. Jossell, Tyon/Enaruna, ?? I don’t think I’d jettison both Tyon and Enaruna because it leaves us a bit short at the 3/4 spots. I still really think Tyon could be a beast. I think Och stays. He might test but if he takes another leap next year look tf out

There are a lot of physical tools to work with when it comes to Tyon, hope he stays as well. Tristan leaving almost seems like a foregone conclusion.

Starting PG at Kansas next season. Tyson Walker. Averaged 18.8 points a game this year at a mid major. First team all conference and DEFENSIVE player of the year in his conference. Handle is elite, really has a knack for steals (averages more than Garrett).

There’s mutual interest for sure. His list of schools that have contacted him is really long. Definitely one to watch
