10am Start, Thurs WISCONSIN
-
@DanR he shoots no arc….would take an easy chat to show him
-
3s great and all, but 2-9 inside the arc? Similar to yesterday. We don’t pose much of a threat in the interior…
-
@Texas-Hawk-10 Gradey was out and it’s his team
-
@DCHawker teams pack the paint against us they know besides #4 no one can shoot
-
I missed the first 5 minutes which is a Thanksgiving gift.
-
smart to quit doubling on their big man
-
@Zabudda KU shot very consistently started 1-8. Then made 1 of their next 8….
-
KJ!
-
Nice shot Badgers… Nice shot Jayhawks…bad shot badgers…bad shot Jayhawks…nice shot Badgers…nice shot Jayhawks
-
Does Wisconsin basketball? Or just badball?
-
Looks like Rice checking in.
-
A 9 pt lead is big.
-
@dylans As was pointed out by FocoJayhawk this is an offensively challenged team in Madison this year.

I compared them to Iowa in football this year.
-
@wissox It’s like watching an early Bill Self team. They beat you up, but labored to score
-
-
@Texas-Hawk-10 I hate being compared to anything Iowa!
-
Damn Jalen and Zach both had chances to blow this game up
-
Dominating on the boards - 25 -11- biggest reason for the lead - getting more shots…

Find the lie in the statement though, lol!
-
I root for Zach but he is still getting or trying to get in the flow.
-
Good to see Rice get in
-
@Eric-san miss you, how’s Gabriel?
-
Surprised to not see either of the two big dudes out there yet.
-
Getting Rice and Clemence going can open up the offense so much more, especially Clemence. Clemence can create space and open the lanes up for others to drive and help KU get buckets in the paint.
-
joe, just take that shot, man
-
KJ is just such a nuisance lol. Plays so hard.
-
travel or double dribble or both
-

Just wish he could rebound worth a damn.
-
You know your a bill self disciple when you get more excited for plays like Adams made with the effort on the ground to get the possession. That was awesome

Actually, he has 5 in the 1st half, which if he could do that consistently would be okay…
-
Like yesterday, Bobbie is playing a lot of minutes but not doing much. He hasn’t taken a shot yet.
-
The rotation today had been nice
-
@Crimsonorblue22 He’s doing well thanks for asking!! Can’t believe he’s already 7. How’s everything with you?
-
Wow Gradey Dick!
-
33-20. I’ll take that.

Only 2 on defense which is the problem. He is the worst defensive rebounding big man I’ve ever seen. He sucks at getting defensive rebounds against good and/or P5 teams.
-
Good game for Zach to get some run in. @focojayhawk and @wissox were unsurprisingly correct about Wisconsin’s athleticism level.
-
Earned my right to pig out today by running a 10K before the game. I won’t share my time out of sheer and utter dismay, but lets just say a legless turtle might have run faster.
-
@Texas-Hawk-10 Yep this is his big weakness and it will bite us at times. He is a 6’6’’ center and his arms are not exactly long either.
-
Credit to Wiscy coach for recruiting talent with this style of BB.
-
I dreamed that I couldn’t stand to watch Wisconsin live and thenwatch the highlights but ESPN said there weren’t any.
-
@wissox I was just informed I haven’t walked 10,000 steps this week. Gotta love Apple Watch. (I’m not really that lazy I had my knee worked on on Thursday).
-
Get well soon!
-
@Zabudda Thanks!
-
Believe it or not there is a certain beauty to Wisconsin basketball. I love watching their D stymie opponents into frustration. They usually have enough offense to overcome it and even this year their O has done so. But it is tough to watch at times.
-
@wissox If KU played that way I’d say it’s an acquired taste. Just different than most are used too with all o
-
Badgers have scored 63 points in their last three halves! @Dylans. It was. With Dick Bennett it was a lot like watching today. Remember the final four in 2000 when MSU was beating them 21-19 at the half and Roy Williams said they were setting basketball back? But the Bo Ryan era there was always the swing offense and it worked well enough to make it watchable.
-
I’m trying to think of a KU equivalent here…you guys can help me. Wisconsin has a few guys that were expected to take the next step but just haven’t. That is part of the reason their offense is as bad as it is this season. Any recent examples for KU? Eric Chenowith was one I thought of. Others?
-
Wiscy D is certainly top notch, very well disciplined.
