And none of them are Mitch. Happy days

We look like we never left the gym in Lawrence over the break and were just training to murder someone.
-
The crowd wants Teahan!

Definitely Teahan and Jank time.
-
I’d rather just let Jalen, KJ, Clemence get minutes tbh
-
Does Yesufu end up finishing his career at KU with Harris and Pettiford here?
-
This team can definitely score when Bill isn’t trolling us.
-
Teahan time!
-
Wilson does know how to rebound. We should just make him be our Dennis Rodman

Zach

I mentioned this earlier, but could be a double transfer.
-
@wissox OMG

-
Freshman bigs usually are
-
Jank forced that one.
-
@KirkIsMyHinrich Generally tougher for bigs to acclimate. That’s why he will be key next year though.
-
I want to see KJ dunk on someone
-
KJ scraps
-
@KirkIsMyHinrich when he is in we should run the ball more.
-
Nice win. Needed to play
-
@BeddieKU23 Yep.
-
Great energy for not playing over the break. See you Saturday. #RockChalk
Happy New Year Guys 🧨
-
@RockChalkinTexas Back at ya.
-
If you like watching upsets turn on the BIGNetwork right now

One of the issues for Jalen is Och/CB are better at functionally the same position for Self. Play him at the 5 more in the right spots (not tonight) but really just avoid the Mitch pairing.
That is the crux of the issue. Och and CB are better overall performers at the 3/4 spots and are going to get 30++ mpg. Probably just 15 mpg subbing for them. The real minutes are at the 5. But he doesn’t want to play a back to the basket role and HCBS doesn’t see the fit. They’re both obstinate. Jalen could get 20 minutes subbing for Dave, but when he is in, the offensive mindset would need to shift - open up the middle even more than with Dave or Mitch…

This is all ESPN+'s fault
I didn’t watch live. My ESPN+ playback kept crashing in the second half. Unusual for me at least.
-
That was a mostly impressive win. Sluggish effort for a few somewhere in there, but great second half recovery.
Remy even tried to score more! Need more of that IMO.
Well, this is now an established team. With Pettiford out, that pretty much leaves Mitch and Jalen as the main guys off the bench. I’d be fine if Coleman Lands never played again. 25 year old dude shooting bricks is painful to watch.
And poor Yesufu may not see much time unless we have foul trouble. Had high hopes for him. Still time I suppose.
-
@wissox Can’t you just watch the ESPN+ games on your phone?
-
Watching CB so excited for that dunk. Priceless
-
@mayjay I could, but it’s not worth it to me. I’d rather gripe! One problem is my old computer doesn’t play any videos on ESPN anymore so ESPN+ doesn’t work on my laptop. I am getting a new computer one of these days so I’ll just wait til I get it.
-
@wissox have you tried a roku or other streaming device connected to your TV. If the tv has an HDMI port, most flat screens do, it is an easy setup and the espn app on my roku works seamlessly with espn+. Much cheaper than a new computer I think I spent $49 on a middle of the road roku and I get the big screen to watch on.

Yup, easy. I got the Google Chromecast device, which I rarely use but it works great when I do. Real simple. $49
Like @kubie said, all ya need is the HDMI slot. Done.
-
@Kubie Thanks, trying to avoid roku’s right now. I need a new computer, I wouldn’t be getting it just for ESPN+!! I do have a chromecast and would use it with my computer. Struggled to make my phone work with it on the TV however even though other things work with it.

Just to be clear, @wissox , I’m talking about this Google Chromecast thing. Don’t need to use your phone with it to watch on the TV… it’s like your own little portal for streaming services.
-
@rockchalkjayhawk My computer won’t play the stuff I need it to so the Chromecast thing is moot if the computer won’t play it!

Ha. gotcha. Sorry for the troubles @wissox ! Sorry Santa didn’t bring you a new computer. And i’ll make one final attempt at clarity, then I’ll shut the heck up! You don’t need your computer or phone to use Google Chromecast. Plug the device into your TV and connect to WiFi and off you go. Best of luck watching the Hawks!! Rock Chalk!

Roku stick or Amazon fire stick is your best bet. Don’t need a computer to use either one.

Thanks guys, not getting a Roku.
