I thought we outplayed them and didn’t take advantage of a lot of things. If self points them out at half and Doke is back I think we have a lot of upside second half.

KU is up 24-18 in rebounds against Duke, that’s keeping it close, cutting out turnovers and we’re up 5-6 points right now.

The trough theory is made up. We could just as easily shoot 7-14 in the 2nd half and end up shooting 40% and still lose this game.

Self very clearly determined he isn’t letting Bagley win this game. Both of his makes are on oboards.

Execution is everything at this level. Really bad half for KU and -3 is going to be very tough to dig out of when Duke makes shots

Who is to say Duke will start hitting shots consistently? They aren’t a great shooting team. I like the defensive gameplan.

I’m so confused as to why it has to be Vick or Garrett in the high post. I’d put Svi there and see how that goes.
