There are so many great QBs right now IMO. Mahomes, Allen, Burrow, Jackson, Goff and Daniels is looking pretty dang good. I just hate the Allen to Mahomes comparison. Allen has zero MVPs, All Pros and SB victories. The comparison should be dead until Josh gets something going in the post season. As I said above he was very fortunate today he didn’t have 2 picks and 2 lost fumbles.

I think the bills will want that one back when they watch the film. Cook was phenomenal averaging 6.5 yards per carry and 2 touchdowns. One was all effort on his part. I think they tried to force the ball throwing and were lucky Allen didn’t have at least 2 picks. I think the defense letting up 29 and the Eagles scoring 55 will have them laser focus before the big game. Andy Reid maybe cement his place as one of if not the best coach in NFL history if they can get one more in a few weeks.

Defense wasn’t great today by any stretch but they made a few key stops when they had too. Barkley is gonna be a tough match up but gonna have a chance for a 3-peat. At least we have the chiefs here in Jayhawk land

Well the sun came this morning friends. Which means it’s time to move on from this one. I just have one goal for this team moving forward, let’s just make the tournament. I think that’s the only achievement they are capable of making.

@MoonwalkMafia right that’s the problem with losing in that manor, it erodes any potential positives away. It stinks to hear how we wouldn’t win crap outside of the B12 for years and it’s proven to be true since expanding the conference. We don’t even have regular season supremacy to hang our hats on. We have nothing during basketball season anymore. Do you think this team can win a national title? I think I have a better shot at winning the lottery and I don’t play it.

@TYOHawk yep I’m trying to decide if I want to watch this team again not only this season but as long as self is here. Clearly changes need to happen at the top back to back preseason #1 teams without conference titles and first weekend exits. Unacceptable for our program and Goff has to hold him accountable.

Self: If people think this is the frickin end of the season, it’s not at all. We played right with maybe the best team in America tonight without one of our starters.

Flory was the best player on the court and has been outstanding since he got starter minutes. But since he isn’t 25 or in the circle of trust he has to go to the bench lmao.

This my worry KJ comes back and Flory goes back to playing 11 minutes a game while KJ a plays 30. Id be shocked if it doesn’t happen with how mentality disabled Self seems to be the last few years.

@TYOHawk Juan Harris is the worst PG in the Self era maybe you could say Tharpe is right there with him. I can not wait til he is done in a Kansas uniform we have recruited over some damn good players in Selfs day but not him for some reason. He doesnt even have the talent to play over seas.

We were up 6 with what 20 seconds to go heading to the free throw line. The 6 year senior should be able to make one free throw to get us over the hump.

Yes Zeke was dreadful as well but this is on Dajuan.

That is one of the plays that could have won the game in regulation, but not the last one. There were more blunders to get there. It was a team loss, don’t put it on the guy with 11 assists for missing two free throws.

He is our 6 year senior PG who’s been here his whole career. I don’t think expecting him to make a single free throw to make a game a 3 possession game is hard to ask for.

I can’t believe Coach went from guys like Sherron, Frank, Tyshawn, Devonte and Dot to this.

We would expect those guys to make a free throw…he’s being paid to make that free throw.

Correct sir the same Juan was 1/6 in Ames as well and had some huge misses in key moments.

@wissox I think we win with KJ no question, just don’t want him to play 30 minutes a game. At this point it’s pretty obvious Flory is just as good or better in about every aspect of the game. KJ is better defensively but I’d take Flory every where else
