@kuballin10 man the way Terio looks it’s going to be impossible to keep him off the floor. Juan Terio Kev KJ Hunter to start but honestly Kev would be my backup 4, KJ backup 5. Less Braun, just move everyone up a spot with Timberlake/Elmarko as the 6th man. And shoot Furphy could earn those minutes at the 4 by league play.
Heard Mitch and Teahan talking to the guys on their podcast and it sounds like Self has similar ideas. Mentioned KJ at the 5 if he wanted to switch everything. Mitch was talking about how hard it would be for an opposing team to score on Juan, Terio, Elmarko, Kev, and KJ. Speed and hands everywhere.

@kuballin10 Bill sounded less than enthused with HD’s ability to protect the rim at his size. Not to mention his ability in ball screens. Will be interesting to watch.

Like I said earlier I liked some things I saw today, and yet I know w all here are intelligent enough to know that what we seen in competition today is not EVEN CLOSE to what we will see Saturday.
Just like we have to keep today in perspective - -w also need to keep Saturday in perspective . I think we all know or should know we could very easily get taken to the wood shed Saturday with those group of guys we gonna be playing
Thought I would check out the Kentucky boars to see any comments and of course , jut like you can take it to the bank – all kinds of comments such as : - we are slower, we are not as athletic etc , etc, now either I was watching a different game I must of been seeing cause the guys I saw was faster and more athletic -I dunno maybe just me lol. They are already starting in about how they gonna beat our ass in November - - and maybe they will who knows – but ummmm probably not - -GOD I love UK fans

The team is shaping up to be really fun to watch too… Lots of steals, lots of dunks, lots of 3s. And they have a lot of guys who share the ball really well.

Kentucky fans are watching Kansas play pre-season basketball games?
losers! …well I don’t even watch the ncaa championship game if it doesn’t have KU in it…I guess I shouldn’t blame them. Lol

I too took a minute to check out Rupp Rafters. KU had a couple of really strong defenders on the site, which I thought was very interesting. Usually, the moderators block KU posters on the site.

Lolya buddy, UK has such a complex that they will jump with any KU doins. - they have quite the response to us playing and how they will beat our ass in November it’s really sweet, you ought to hear then talk about how ways of catching back up with us in all time wins. - -Everyday - -always something - really do think they need to come out with some kind of inferiority complex pill for them to talk lol

I was impressed with the arena in PR. But, it was really different to watch the game from the single camera; especially one positioned so low there was a constant stream of people passing in front of it. Still I’m grateful for the stream and I’m looking forward to the next game.
