The good guys win again!

Ok let’s be totally honest. - -Did NOT see that coming - not that spreada. - -Anyone else being honest ?
-
Cake and ice cream for the birthday girls!
-
2 years of playing this ymca for the blind squad. Perhaps we should upgrade
-
I’d say we passed our first road test pretty well. We beat Seton Hall 91-65, now we squash Misery by 28. Maybe we’re getting better…

We had it at halftime. That’s what made the difference!!

I did know their defense was bad but I thought they would score more. This was in a twitter chat on this Monday.
-
Nice.
-
I didn’t see anything from Cam Martin that gave me hope for an improvement at the 5. KJ it is: 19 pts., 6 rbs., 2 steals and a block. RC
-
Jalen is literally coach self in the interview

I really enjoy the rivalry. KU in Columbia packed their house. I say keep it going.
-
Does miz try to get out of the next 4 beatdowns like they did the bowl?
-
KU -3.5. Beat the spread by just a hair
-
Kevin had a nice game too: 8/12 for 21 pts. Nice scoring by our starters and Dejuan doing just what he’s supposed to do to make this team rock.
-
It was really easy. I never bought the hype from a creampuff schedule.
-
@KirkIsMyHinrich decimal might be in the wrong place
-
@Crimsonorblue22 You know who hasn’t been here lately is the user I suspect is not actually a KU fan…
-
-
Next up: Indiana Hoosiers
Trayce Jackson-Davis will be a challenge for KJ

And he has several names he uses.
-
Last 2 games: KU 91 Seton Hall 67. KU 95 Missourah 67. This team is rounding into a darn good team.
-
@KirkIsMyHinrich Juan looks like an orchestra conductor out there telling everyone where to go and what to do.
-
Mizzou football coach Eli Drinkwitz was at the game and had a sign that said “five level one violations.”
What a chickenshit clown

Cam’s play today should kill any and all talk of him getting real playing time right? Right??
-
@KirkIsMyHinrich can you imagine a coach at KU doing that? So much class at Mizzou.
-
@BShark and it was way to early!
-
My birthday is tomorrow, a nice early present from KU hoops.
-
@BShark same as Juan’s! So what are you going to do?

Go spend time with my mom while she is still here. Watch the Chiefs game together.

KU cruised easily, but a couple issues to worry about for later in the season.
-
Self only trusts 7 guys on this roster, even in a blowout. Harris, Adams, McCullar, Dick, Wilson, Yesufu and Pettiford are the only guys Self is willing to give any run. We are vulnerable to injury or foul trouble because Self has set a tight seven man rotation. If we are healthy, we are fine, but if any of those 7 aren’t available, that’s trouble.
-
Lack of size is getting us beat up on the glass. Mizzou had 12 offensive boards. Irrelevant in a blowout, but without any size to go to off the bench, that is a continuing concern.
Great to blow out Mizzou (always). But KU has some things to sort out to prepare for March.

Come on now BShark , I think you might be going over board just a tad—and befoer people say I’m a Martin lover ummmm- – NO BUT , little harsh before a kid even hits the floor for the 1st time this season. The kid plays a grand total of TWO minuttes and probably ONE MINUTE of that was mop up time and yet your judging and say that those two minutes should decide whether he gets any quality minutes – I’m not saying he should either but just sayin TWO whole minutes and he should be band for the rest of the season lol. – Little harsh don’t ya think
-
@justanotherfan rebounding will absolutely plague this team going forward. Good team but has warts.
The 7 man rotation having basically no true bigs is something I never thought I’d see from Self. Not much posting up in general either.
-
@jayballer67 He was bad. I would bet almost anything he won’t be a factor for this team. If he could defend at all he could help but that is just not the case.
I’ll be happy to own up to this if I am wrong and there is a “Cam Martin game” so to speak.
-
I still think Udeh and rice, maybe Zuby will get better!

not really saying your wrong - -just saying that’s pretty good to get all that out of a 2 minute on the floor time

agree we need those guys watch somewherre on down the line - -we have to have them give us something

Yup, No. 1 above sure is bothersome. more Rice! today would have been a great game for him to get some run, in that free flowing offense at times. his specialty i’m guessing.
Cam had his chance, but Self got scared when they trimmed the lead a bit. He didn’t really get a chance to show us what he can or can’t do.

Odd take after a 29 point victory. So you think Self was "scared’? Really?

Beat the spread with about 16:00 left in the first half. Never threatened again.
