We have athletes they just don’t play cause they don’t know the system or they mess up AND have no leash

OK, we have to make some changes. Everyone go change their socks, shoes, shirts, hats, hoodies, oil, wife, whatever it is needing changed and do it now. For the love of Phog we have to do what we can to turn this thing around.

1st half was 5 TT players vs 2 KU players. Braun is horrible today. Defensive interior sucks.

Well we are in Big 12 play now - -no more sissy teams - -we got teams that actually play some defense - and where has Braun gone ? - - -DeJuan getting his lunch fed to him - -hell our whole defense if you wanna call it that is getting taken to school. - - - ONCE AGAIN getting beat one on one drives just being flat made looking stupid. No wonder we are last in the Big 12 in defense

We make shots harder than they need to be. Just shoot the shot that they give you. Stop doing stupid turnaround fadeaways.
Also, Dave needs to stop wildly flailing at every shot attempt when he tries to block a shot from the weak side. One, he never blocks the shot anyway. And two, in the time that it takes him to recover, the other team has time to offensive rebound, score, go sit on the bench, and drink some water. Just contest and stay on balance if you’re going to help from the weak side. This has been pissing me off all season.
I watch Joel Embiid a lot, and often times he doesn’t even contest shots. He concedes the difficult lay-up attempt and goes to box someone out. And he’s Joel Embiid. I wish Dave would do more of that. Especially since we are getting out-rebounded.

We just need to hit about 1/3 of the wide open threes and we’ll be fine

These announcers: “The rest of KU 4 of 17” Well, Ochai is part of the rest of Kansas and he’s 3 of 5, so it’s actually all the others who are 1 of 12 that are the real culprit.

We make a couple open threes and start finishing some layups and we are good this next half.
