KU Siena Game Thread

Ah okay. Haven’t turned anything on yet.
-
Lol
-
Forgive me if I Jaybate, but Sienna, Italy is one of the most intoxicating and beautiful places on earth. The best thing about Sienna is the siesta, which occurs approx at 3pm. You go home, drink a glass of wine, bump uglies, and nap. Then you go back to work, and finish the day eating dinner and strolling until 10pm. Why does America stop naps at 5 years old? I’m 41 and could use one every day. My point is that the Sienna Saints make no sense, and it should be the Sienna Sietas.

Technology getting me big time tonight grrrrrrrrr
-
I should get one of those live porn chat links and charge you guys for watching my TV.

Oh Jesse…
Under strengths for Siena
Rim protection: Led by 6-foot-10 center Javion Ogunyemi, Siena is a good shot-blocking team, ranking 69th in block percentage this year after finishing 58th in the stat last season.
Under Weaknesses
Allowing close shots: Through two games, 46 percent of opponents’ shots against Siena have come at the rim, a number that ranks 324th nationally.
-
I mean play the game only. lol
-
Honor will lead us in scoring tonight.
-
Free throws for Josh are such a problem.
-
Carlton buckets Bragg
-
This is not a hangover game. If you wan’t to use this as an analogy I must counter. If this is a hangover game, then KU is JR Ewing, sipping bourbon, at 5:00, waiting for Sue Ellen to wake up.
-
I like that shot of Braggs…when they go in.
-
This is a Lucas kind of game athletically.
-
Bad ball to the rescue
-
He was not set
-
Got to learn how to guard pick and rolls better
-
WHATTTTT???
-
Getting whatever we want at the rim but defensive issues.
-
LOL THAT CALL
-
FRANK HIGH FLYIN
-
What world in the name of Mary Lou Retton, can Frank Mason finish a lob like a boss?
-
1st bad call of the night. JJ seems to be a magnet for bad officials

Yeah that was SUCH a damn flop.

I like the drive by Carlton. He needs to take that whenever he is one on one

At some point the team will be interested in defense. Might take a bit like the Duke game.
-
yeah these guys acting like this a scrimmage on defense. Self will let them know now. I bet the game slows down a bit at some point this half
-
@BShark we know Self will be in their ears during this TO.
-
Mason has some hops fellas

Exactly

Any reason at all to guard Siena on the 3 ball? Or is this a scrimmage where we just let them shoot and if they miss fast break up court.
-
Good poss on d there
-
Does anyone else not have the game right now? My screen went black on the channel…
-
Mine is rolling. WOW in Lawrence.
-
Got it back now

Question may be should Sienna guard our 3 ball the way we’ve been shooting it from 3.

Wow Vick!
-

Exp of the guards really helps this too

Vick layup was an athletic one I’ve seen since BMac. Watch it again at half.

Helps to be playing Siena’s front line
-
I agree but the type of bigs you face like Seina are the type that Lucas is smarter and understands what they are trying to do
