2025 Schedule

Looking ahead, the schedule has two home games, Fresno St and Wagner(?), then 3 away games, Missou, Ariz and ISt, 4 home games, Utah, OKSt, KSt, Cinci, then the final 2 games away, TX Tech and Centr Fla. Wagner College is in Staten Island. Current enrollment is about 2000 students. The football team plays in a 3300 seat stadium. So, where can next year’s team get 6 wins to be bowl eligible? This sucks watching KState, Nebr and so many other teams play in bowl games. I’m still butthurt by the Baylor beat down.

We know the opponents but don’t have the actual league schedule yet.

Wagner, Fresno, Utah, Cincy, OSU, and then just win a single one of the road games.
Also think that we get KSU this year. I think we can beat TTU on a good day.
We win 6 this coming season.

Honestly I think 10 or so are winnable. UCF under Frost doesn’t scare me. 2-1 non-con then we’ll probably be favored in 5+ conference games? Arizona seems to be on a downward trajectory plus we should be favored in most home games plus at UCF. 6 is very doable and I think we’re a dark horse to get to Arlington as long as we finish strong in the portal.

I think the B12 is set to be pretty stacked next season but hopefully the schedule draw works next season like it was supposed to this season. Entered the year with an SOS of 102 and finished with with 21 last I saw before bowl season. ASU, KSU, ISU, BYU, TCU, Tech, Baylor and KU will all return good QBs.

I was more pointing to how we can get to 6. I have high hopes for this season… more than 6 for sure

@FarmerJayhawk I’m not drinking the koolaid this year. I did that last season and it wasn’t a happy time. We win 4 games next year. If everything goes just right.

Utah and Okie St will bounce back after bad seasons last year. Tech is doing very well in the portal. K-State is always solid and is a lock to beat us.
We have a chance in every other game though. I think bowl eligibility is a good goal for us.

@Jhawk69 I don’t see OSU bouncing back. I think Mike Gundy has lost that locker room and program and OSU should’ve fired him after this season instead of restructuring his contract.

It’s really nice and fun to be able to look forward to next season. It sure beats the certain 2-10 season awaiting us that we had to endure for a decade.

@wissox I just want to get back to a bowl game. Bowl season is much more enjoyable when you are playing in it. If we could some how do that beat Mizzou and KSU. I’d be fine with a Lance statue outside the new stadium lol. On the real mizzou scares the shit outta me. That could get ugly for us.
