Ku has had about 8 open 3s and made one. Contested or not contested…5 out of 7 for this UT team is a fluke.
Unfortunately, that seems to be a common theme this year for every ku opponent…some dude or dudes have some crazy career game.
They’ll fall back just like Texas tech and west Virginia and well prevail

Maybe some reversion to the mean, but the main problem is that we have no defensive intensity. We’re not making them uncomfortable - the exact opposite. No pressure, so they are confident…

It’s not an excuse, it’s a fact. Defense could be better but the analytics are clear that defense has a small effect on how the opponent shoots. They’ll cool off, we’ll get better.
