I didn’t expect us to look like world beaters tonight. Self will beat them up at Half & I expect some better ball this next half. But first impression is this team is a lot further off than a team that played 8 games this summer should be

its going to be huge especially early… so many different rules on defense to adjust too. I’m glad we have the depth we have because a team like Iowa St that has 6 main players is going to be in big trouble when the refs are feeling happy

agreed, we really don’t have a smart enough defender to put on him. Bragg has the ideal length but as a freshman Niang would bait him into whatever he wants. Ellis has improved on D a lot but he’s never had success guarding him either… At least we know this is his final year
