Wow, the Hornets are scoring a bucket load of points tonight and Oubre has made 10 of 15 3’s for 39 points and counting. Still 4 minutes left, but he’s not in the game.
Mercy Kelly- - I’ll be honest here I didn’t think Kelly would do that well - - glad I’m wrong and proud of him
-
Most bench points in Hornets history for Oubre
-
Andrew Wiggins is officially an NBA All-Star Starter!!!
Congrats Wigs!
-
@BeddieKU23 And JoJo too, of course.
-
Really happy, of course I voted all Jayhawks!
-
Had to vote for Cunningham in the east, ran out of us guys.
-
Great to see Wiggs finally becoming an All Star.

Really happy, of course I voted all Jayhawks! You sound like Reds fans who stuffed the ballot box back in the day and elected 8 Reds starters to the ASG. And no it wasn’t the big Red Machine either when you could have almost justified that. It was in 1958.
-
Did the same for the Royals a few years too!
-
Doke got to start yesterday. 22 minutes 10 rebounds and 8 points
-
@rockchalkwyo nba or G?
-
NBA
-
@rockchalkwyo that’s awesome!
-
Doke is starting again. So far 7 minutes 5 rebounds and 4 points

-
@Jethro that blew my mind a little bit. I might be completely wrong about Jojo
-
watched that. kinda creepy - - eerie - -but mercy neve realized they did both a lot of moves and I mean a lot of moves on the offensive end almost identical
-
@jayballer67 Joel probably got a tape of Kobes, just like he did with the Dream.

Kobe was mentored by Hakeem quite a bit.

could of. - -did you watch the twitter that BSark put up - -a ot of almost identical shots

Was wondering with what’s going on in Ukraine if Svi’s family is still there? Svi is now in Toronto and riding the pine. Terrible trade for him. I hope his family is safe!
-
Doke starts tonight for the Utah Jazz. He is in every lineup I posted for Draft Kings. Go get it, big guy!
-
Doke with 14 rebounds and 7 points in a victory.
-
@rockchalkwyo I cleaned up last night. 306 points…not too shabby…

Really great story about Doke!
-
@Crimsonorblue22 Interesting that the game started with Doke being outclassed by Mitchell Robinson. That was the guy who left WKY in the summer of 2017 after enrolling early and who visited KU in August before returning to WKY (and later sat out a year to train for the draft; first guy to do that). We had a lengthy discussion about whether he would have to sit out a year at KU due to his WKY summer school classes of something like 2 weeks.
He would have been competing with Doke at KU. I always wondered if that was why he didn’t come or if it was just the eligibility issue. Sounds like he has done well (except for, well, getting stuck on the Knicks).

Wow love it!
-
Doke is back in my lineup for tonight. As well as perennial favorite Mr. Oubre. Jayhawks all the time in Draft Kings…
-
Doke and Wiggins will play each other tonight.
-
Doke with 11 pts and 5 boards in 19 minutes. They clobbered the Warriors. However his ± was the worst on the team. Still great to see him starting and getting to play. So happy to see him getting an opportunity.

This is going to end poorly for Philly. Harden and Embiid’s games don’t mesh well and teams are now figuring out that Harden is a cancer that doesn’t make teams better. Look at the players Harden ran off in Houston to to the point of ruining the Rockets. And now that Harden isn’t the central piece teams are building around, they won’t deal with his crap for long and he’ll end up bouncing around the league the rest of his career. Harden is a ball hog and the change in the rules has taken away what made him a dominant player as evidenced by his drop in FT rate. Without the refs whistle, he’s not an elite player as evidenced by his playoff career.

All I know having Simmons was pointless, they weren’t using him either. no matter at this point Harden has to be better. Can’t be any worse, they been trying to dump Simmons for a while - - w’l see how it goes you just neer know

I think people may- - - I said may be surprised how this just could turn out. - -can’t be in any worse shape their in with Simmons right now - -Simmons and Jo Jo ha their own problems - so nothing new. Jo Jo bitch slap Harden if he get’s out of hand lmao
-
I’m bummed- Devonte isn’t starting for the Pelicans.

Selden update:
Veteran shooting guard Wayne Selden, who began the 2021/22 season with the Knicks, has signed with Ironi Ness Ziona in Israel, the team announced in a press release. Selden has appeared in 127 total NBA games for Memphis, Chicago, New Orleans, and New York since 2016. He spent the 2020/21 campaign with Ironi Ness Ziona, so the move represents a reunion for the two sides
-
Uh
-
@KirkIsMyHinrich thats a bad bad man.
-
@KirkIsMyHinrich you hear Barkley? That was offensive!
-
Svi has signed with Celtics.
I am rooting for him to have a long career in BOS.
-
The Heat have waived Jamaree Bouyea and Caleb Daniels in order to sign Jon Elmore and Cheick Diallo, the team announced in a press release. Elmore was immediately released to make room for RJ Hampton, who will take Bouyea’s two-way slot.
-
@rockchalkjayhawk Wow, nice find. Hope Cheick gets to hang around.
-
Boy I cannot recall much about him as a Jayhawk…
-
@AsadZ He was fun to watch, lots of energy, lots of freshmen moments too which weren’t so fun, but I was looking forward to 4 years of him. Too bad he couldn’t defer his NBA dream and solidify it here.
