So can anyone find a player who played well?

When we went up 28-26 I thought we could play well and get a little separation at the half. Poor last few possessions kept us from doing that.

Yea maybe by the so called rules. Yet there was no way the ball was going in. Like I said Defense grabs that ball nothing is called. That’s just dumb.

@BeddieKU23 It felt like the 6-0 run to start for OU deferred us finding our groove the whole half. The crowd was ready to explode and they never got to. If JJ hadnt stepped on baseline and flushed that dunk 2nd possession this half might be totally different.

Actually I think we’ll win by 20 and Tyler still drains a three at the buzzer.

HCBS seemed pretty sanguine about things at the half, but 28 points at the half against OU? 35% shooting at home? 53% from FT line. 11 TOs. Missed bunnies? Don’t we want to be getting past some of those issues heading into the post-season? Can we just flip the switch and turn it on when it counts the most???

I’m not worried about a good team playing poorly in a regular season game because of extraneous value being placed on a game. Like our loss to Texas when Tom Rob’s mom passed…
This team will be a monster come tournament time. If all we have to do is win a game, that’s what these guys are good at. Life’s the hard part.
Life will go on the shelf for the tournament this year.

@stoptheflop @DanR this is the worst half because OU is 170 in RPI while ISU and WVU are top 30. This on paper is the easiest game this calendar year.

@DanR Conf road losses are easier for me to digest I guess, but losing on a neutral court or at home give me the jaws… Dance losses or Sprint are almost as bad as losing.
