  Well, that was, uh, mmm, uh, unpleasant for awhile. I will say the defense was pretty impressive at times. On offense, we looked like The Island of Misfit Toys. Who’s gonna step up to be our consistent secondary scorer? I’m not seeing a 3pt outlet. Kohl does not appear to be the answer behind the arc so far. Flory played? He looked disinterested, but still had 9 boards and some blocks. Soooo happy Mbiya got some extended run. I hope he sticks around for a few years. He looks unseasoned for sure, but Nice to have a true big!!! Council is a blur. A slightly unfocused blur, but a blur. I assume he’ll gather more purpose with the ball as the team gets used to each other.

  ISU looked pretty ordinary against Northwestern. Cam Boozer who looks at least 6-10 was out of this world against Tennessee with amazing court vision and passing along with great lower body strength.

  @FarmerJayhawk with a 5 year deal too so that is a choice. Would be concerned as an auburn fan unless the buyout is pretty low.

  1 and 2 are obvious and incredible. That’s what you need to win a natty. Some level of selflessness. What about Ochai when he pulled his redshirt? He did end up starting 16 of 22 games, but he played his way into the lineup (albeit in a disappointing season that was basically over after Doke got hurt).

  Yeah this list made me yawn a bit! But Mario, even despite the shot heard round the Jayhawk world, is one my all timer Jayhawks. Just a clutch performer. To be honest, I really wasn’t thinking Christian would’ve been too high on a list like this until his last season when he really jelled.

  @P-H-C I think Calderon is under rated , think he will more of a help then some of our own fans think. Coach hsa been really impressed with him, going to ne some more depth going to get quality minutes off the bench;
