  @Crimsonorblue22 Missed golden opportunity with Clev losing 2 in a row an RO tonite. With better hitting we could’ve been half game in first vs 2.5 out of first. Duff on Sat.

  @globaljaybird to me it feels like it’s the Astros and the Dodgers and everyone else. But I’d get some sweet satisfaction if my Nats could just advance to the NLCS and if you guys could knock off the Yankees that too would be a pretty awesome takeaway. I know your boys will be playing hard for a ring if given the chance. Maybe they could surprise an Astros squad that hasn’t been there before.

  @brooksmd I saw an interview of Jeff F, MLB reporter for Royals, and he said that Moore is looking at a starter and also some help for bullpen. It wont be a blockbuster type of deal but something that can give help to starting rotation

  @mayjay Nope lol, if I was involved he would be hitting 130 and zero home runs lol - -the guy is a monster lol - - - if they have him and then get Greg Byrd back which actually had a monster spring camp then got hurt, put him and Judge, Holiday, Sanchez and Castro and the other young hitters may do ok.   @mayjay I did like @brooksmd & @Crimsonorblue22 & almost wore my fingers to the stubbs voting for MOOSE. When you’re young & bulletproof you think this kinda stuff will happen all the time but in reality he may never get this close ever again & damnit, he’s playing well enough to deserve it. These guys are one out in the loss column now & Moose is a huge reason why. Rock Chalk Royals !!

  Daytons biggest mistake as a GM was letting Ervin Santana walk. We keep him and we probably don’t trade for Cueto. So we still have Finny for our 5th starter. So we also still have Dyson. We wouldn’t have signed Ian Kennedy either, so we would have been able to afford Zobrist probably. I think we wouldn’t have signed Moss so we would have another $12m to play with. Starting rotation would be: Duffy Vargy Santana Hammel Finny Hard to believe we let him walk for so cheap.
