Big reason for this loss ISU five less turnovers m and Fourteen free throw advantage of made- -18/4 - -no reason for this – these are FREE POINTS your opposition is giving you-- -they are FREE for God’s sakes.-- & getting beat by ten rebounds with our 7’2 guy-- NICE–No Excuses, time to stand up and represent the name written on the Jersey- -you play like a pile then be willing to admit-- I played like crap - - No Excuses-- time to get your ass in gear-- How Dickinson ever got mentioned as a possible Big Twelve player of the year/All American- -WHERRE I don’t see it, if that’s an All American then something is fixed & if he is then play like an All American against quality opponents not just Cream Puff University

@patoh3 Bottom line is we need to try and getting looking for excuses for getting beat and some of these players just flat getting beat on defense and just not having their heads in the game - -Time to stand up and be accounted for you play piss poorly then you should be willing to take accountability for the poor play

There will be people here come Saturday that will think everything with Dickinson is just fine when he rebounds with an effort like 20 & 12 and people will say see everything is fine- - ummm NO - -NO it’s not , Dickinson I’ll say once again is slow —so slow , and every time he comes up against another Big that’s close to his size and athletic count him out he is a no show does nothing - -once again NO VERTICAL gets beat on defense , complains about every call- -Dickinson is NOT Athletic at all,- -What Hunter is – -is Big- -Bulky- -and a very slow non athletic even his post moves are slow and methodical. Dickinson may not be our main problem but he for sure is a problem

The thing I’m afraid of is Jefferson is going to neutralize at least enough Hunter that’s going to be an issue. I would say the last six minutes of that game it was like neither team wanted to win. - -I’ve never watched a team melt down during that time like Tech did, only to be matched by K/State. I mean during that time Tech came down and some of their passes was incredibly stupid – like where the hell you throwing that - -then K/State would come down and do the same thing or just throw up some ridiculous shot just stupid.-- There is a reason they are now 6-8

I’m sorry I really am , but just trying to be honest & realistic. I don’t have a very good feel about tomorrow night & that’s not a knock against the guys , I think we will play hard and fight but bottom line I just think they are better then us THIS YEAR. -They are like us many years , they are just really good. You never know which one or whatever is going to be the one who lights it up for them on any particular night.

Like I mentioned yesterday, we are going to have to match their defensive intensity for a full 40 minutes and find quick open perimeter looks/shots. Jefferson pretty good , got a good pg- - they have the guy that comes off the bench that actually is their leading Scorer -a lot of weapons. @KirkIsMyHinrich Our 2026 recruiting going really well to. I saw where we are getting a visit this weekend from a 4 8 running back out of Missouri - – -Dezephen Walker, also taking a visit to Nebraska.

Also saw we are getting a visit from the # 1 player out of Iowa – a WR Amarion Walker- - Hunter Huggins is suppose to announce on the 15th guess we were in the lead for him- - plus as of this moment JJ Dunnigan has verbally committed to us - long time to go on these guys and you know how they can change their minds at the drop of a hat but the Staff is tearing it up right now

@KirkIsMyHinrich you know it’s crazy and yes I know - -I know some of these guys didn’t take a lot of snaps BUT think back 4-5 years ago we couldn’t even gt a sniff from players like the one’s we have joining our program now- - -a lot of snaps or not. I mean we just this yr alone got two transfers from Alabama, a guy from Auburn – This guy from Texas- -Hell even our boy from S Carolina to name just a few, it’s just another sign of how this team and our perception from others have changed. Other players see how the program is changing.& they want to be a part of that
