Since our games against West Virginia tend to be somewhat contentious, I made a few tables that show the free-throw differentials and W/L records for both teams at home. West Virginia is actually 4th in free-throws per game this season and has one of the highest free-throw differentials in the country at home. Overall, Kansas has a better mean differential, but I would argue at least some if not all or more of that is attributable to having a better home record and getting fouled/shooting more free-throws at the end of games. I haven’t looked into it much, however.

This game worries me a wee bit. - - - just leary of this one. West Virginia fans thumping they’re chests about the game being a sellout. -Got to figure this is their game of the year at home, probably everyone pulling down the moonshine Bottles bringing them to the arena taking snorts at the TV timeouts - -taking snorts every time a foul is called taking TWO snorts when they MAKE a free throw and the down right chugging the dam thing during half time during the pig calling contest and half the females come runnin down out of the stands.
If your going strictly off stats KU wins we top them in pretty much every thing : - - -FG % - - -FT % - 3 pt % - - - Less Turnovers per - -which when you add it up probably means we get our ass takin to the tool shed.
They have went back pretty much to being press Virginia, Dotson just has to secure the ball, we can’t be making these dam alley too - -the - -ooop passes that misses Doke but just a smidge - -like the one when OChai went to make one and it turned into making a basket like a shot.- -for once would be nice to make a few more three’s - -better % -we shall see - let’s hope my feeling is wrong. - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

HMMMM, would think that it would only be beneficial IF we can do a little better shooting the 3.
WV gonna have a mis match some where when they on offense. However WV is really ugly on the offensive end. - only shoot 43.2 % from TWO - - 30.3 % fro the THREE - -and only shoot 64.3 ft % - -thing is they just throw it up on the board and go get it
