Traditional Les Miles power I pounding Herbert up the middle has been the most successful offense so far. Hopefully more of that with some play action mixed in.

Parchment is going to be a good player for KU. I’ve liked his skill set since the spring game. He’s the potential deep threat for KU if we put in a QB with an arm to push the ball down the field.

I’m kinda frustrated ISU is still in the game at this point. They really shouldn’t be, hopefully we can get a stop here or things get a little interesting.

@kjayhawks We’re not a good team yet. These players don’t know how to finish teams off yet.
Hopefully we get there under Miles, but it’s a process and won’t happen overnight.
Also, don’t forget this game was only about a 4 point spread so it’s not like KU was expected to blow ISU away.
ISU is pretty comparable to Nicholls St. so even hanging on for a win today is an improvement over last season.

Not too surprising on either account. ISU has historically struggled with UNI and WVU isn’t a good team this year.
