He is not playing but that's just playing with my heart. It will still be a must see. You know coach Hurley will pull out all the stops.
-
We need to change his initials from DP to DNP
-
Wow in all the excitement I forgot about Hurley. Lets kick his Dukey ass!
Lol @jayhawk_69
-
I'm back. Both hamstrings are good to go.
-
@kjayhawks2.0 are any of these sources reliable? Cause only people I hear/see saying that are obviously speculating or just frustrated about him not playing yet.
-
@approxinfinity Dan Hurley was a Seton Hall guy, but let's kick his ass anyway.
-
@DanR
yeah!
-
@MR11 I wouldn’t say reliable at this point
-
Thanks for the re-boot. After many years, I've been able to register and post for the first time in a long time. (Will never know how it was that my account was there, but I could never access it.) Oh, well! I'm back and ready to contribute to the conversation.
-
I think we can still win tonight with out DP
-
@JoJoAndMe yesss! Love it!
-
@JAYHAWKFAN214 i think so too 214!
-
Nice to be welcomed. Should be fun. Are you the one to ask me about my "handle"?
-
@JoJoAndMe not sure! Was this back in the day?
-
Ive invited some groups on reddit to join us r/lawrence and r/jayhawks to name a few. I hope we can attract some fresh faces now that the board has been cleaned up. Would be nice!
-
Welcome!

To be honest, I'm relieved he isn't going to play tonight. I believe it would risk too much on a game that really won't turn out to be so important in March or any impact on league play.
This puts more pressure on UCONN to win in AFH. To lose to a team missing their star player is not a positive narrative for them.
This will be HUGE if we win! And it will do nothing but propel our guys into a great attitude to carry forward!
The risk with DP playing tonight is not only for him to aggrevate his health situation and likely risk being out for the rest of the year, but it also looks bad for us if he comes back and we get smoked. There is as much risk bringing him back in a game where he would have to produce big for us to win... and if he didn't, he would most likely slow down the rhythm we are on!
I'd like to see him come back for Towson or Davidson... games probably not necessarily played at the highest level, and with less pressure.
-
@drgnslayr great point about it being lower risk for the team narrative. Let the guys build on the Tennessee win!
-
Joining from r/jayhawks. Rock Chalk, Baby!
-
@handshawk sweet! Welcome!
