I wonder if they’d pull the ole switcheroo. If we get Stokes there’s a non-zero chance Tre White would look elsewhere. So that would give us some extra scratch to pursue maybe a better fit at the 3. We could definitely make White and Stokes work but the fit isn’t amazing. Both in the low 30% from 3 range. We might need a more knockdown guy who isn’t scared to shoot it, but he could be a Coward.

Well I’m sorry but Tre can leave if he doesn’t want to compete or will complain about his offensive role.

If we landed Stokes and Coward but lost Tre no one would care that would be insane!
Not sure Stokes reclassifies but least he is letting us make a legit run at him
I think we only get Coward if Stokes doesn’t commit and even then not sure we land him

Well I think if we all are for real and actually understand no matter how giggly we get and rumors start flyin and people getting all worked up and this includes myself at the end of the day we know that even if stokes does re-classify he won’t end up here.
He is a Nike boy and just like Peterson with Adidas there is no way in hell Nike is going to let him end up at an Adidas School- - - - Nike has to much money invested in Tryan to let that happen, I think in reality this trip was more to sit a bar on the opening bid for his services, see how much it is going to take for other schools to land him- -Sure was fun to dream though

They might’ve played a part in his transferring from Prolific Prep. I can’t say for certain either way honestly. But this isn’t a thing where they’re running his recruitment or he’s in a contract with them like Dybantsa.
I mean the only two schools he’s even visited are Adidas schools.

If Stokes for '26 only, that doesn’t help the coming year - major holes - still have no size and shooting at this point. Personally, I would have preferred getting Coward.

Seeing Stokes is Scheduled to visit Kentucky on like the 15—17th of May I believe , which is kind of crazy because , like I have read in multiple places and on pod xasts
All of Stokes camp saying adamantly NO ,- - -no way is he re-classifying but yet certain signs sure showing up just for doing that exactly.
Like One, not playing any AAU ball this Summer,-- & Two- - why is he setting up and taking these visits now if he isn’t at least very seriously about re-classifying that just doesn’t make sense -A LOT of things sure pointing to re-classification

Same. But there’s almost no chance KJ can play next year. Definitely not as a big piece. He just won’t be in shape.
