I know this is probably old news but, I read where Hudson Greer up his visit date to KU. He is coming in Oct 4-6th , Guard top 30 according to on three, would this be someone we would take ?
Also read off a U Conn article, U Conn writer didn’t even mention Indiana I think it was a Slip, was talking about Reibe. Said U Conn KU and someone else-- I think Indiana still in the race. - -Anyone know where we stand with him.
Found he dropped Kentucky & N Carolina the visit here , you would think that has to be a good thing right ?

Who are they pursuing now? Any top talent left on the radar? Transfers have changed the way you want to recruit too. It’s nice to have college experienced players coming in.

Branham imo is just as good as trilly. 7 confidence CB from him is a lock. That plus Trilly is like, mega lock.
Also I’d start watching Nate Ament film. Good time to get acquainted. His recruitment will be a spring decision but KU has a couple legs up on that one.

Need some more young NBA presence too. Also despite the rankings I think Ament is the better NBA guy long term between the two.

This is what I’ve been hinting at on the phog. Jo is 30, Wiggs is 29 and Kelly is 28. We need Gradey, Furphy and others to stand out to keep us a presence or you become UNC and the school that recruits believe can’t produce good pros.

@BShark CB going to the finals provided so much positive exposure for the team. Felt like I heard a 2022 championship reference every game. Helps that Ament and DP can play together vs Duke trying to run Ament and Boozer

With Peterson hopefully signing with the good guys, good shot at it. The messaging has been consistent that they don’t seem to like a lot of other 2025 kids so class size could be small but who knows. Nate Ament the #4 prospect is someone that they have turned up the heat with so chance for a good one

I think this class mostly is full of projects so even if it’s a very highly ranked class, the main contributors as far as newcomers will be transfers

Bro it’s hilarious. It’s a very real possibility the top 3 kids on their circuit don’t end up at adidas schools. Peat, Peterson and Ament could all very well go Nike. This is after a class in which Karter Knox and Ian Jackson end up at Nike schools.
Now could you imagine the swoosh letting Cam Boozer, Dybantsa go somewhere else?

Especially since the most feared recruiter on the trail is Bill. Does he land everyone? Of course not, nobody does. But dig into articles surveying coaches about who they don’t want to be up against one particular name keeps coming up as the closer.

If coaches still fear K they’re very much living up to the highly paid PE teacher label. Self and Cal continually come up, nobody else is really even in the conversation. At this point you’re making the argument that Bill can’t recruit or coach and at the same time his two titles are only because of good players he recruited. You’re just bitching to bitch.
