@benshawks08 he can guard on the perimeter, not sure about his offense at all. He did say after the win against Miami that was the reason he wanted to be at KS.

The offense isn’t there. Maybe you can get away with pairing him with Zach but I’d just as soon have all our offensive players being capable of scoring more than a foot away from the basket.
I think ideally he is always a bench piece, like Jamari.

@approxinfinity I think he does. But he has to get 1000 shots a day up this offseason. I think he is way more skilled already than Jamari. More in the mold of T-Rob. But T-Rob had motivation to get better fast… I’m hoping the young guns coming behind KJ is what motivates him. If he ends up leaving I’ll be sad, but I’ll get it.

Not big enough knowing KSU. Bruce honestly had a decent eye for talent all things considered.

I dont see either as a comp, KJ has short strong legs and a long upper body. At his ceiling he can move like a guard and be the best perimeter defender not named Marcus we have ever had. I dont see him as being a big scorer ever.

That was always going to be a tough sell for Tang. No doubt Pack is about to get a massive bag and can basically pick his next spot.
I’m throwing out Hoosiers as the landing spot. Absolutely no info to back that up other than he went to high school in Indiana.

If we go to the portal for a big that will be telling. Though with Reid I don’t really see the fit. It would need to be a proven strong player. Preferably a grad transfer but I’m good with what we have tbh.
