Looks like KSU came to play. Appreciate the hustle.
Too many turnovers though. They look to be at their ceiling, while Baylor is underperforming.

I’ll say this and no one in here is in love with K-State BUT I am going to give credit where due. - -Bradford for K/State is going to be a nice player for them before it is all said and done. - -Got Bulk , - -Got Height and as he develops more could be tuff guard. - -15 points in the 1t half. - K/State played a nice half , Baylor 13 1st half turnovers - -2nd half gonna be a different story though.

So who do we think we play the 5 and take Dave’s spot tonight ? - -do we still go 4 around 1 with Mitch ? - -do we go all 5 out using Bryce ? - -Do you think there is anyway we would see Jethro AT ALL tonight ? - -I am actually leary of Grant Foster , forces a lot seems like , looks like a turnover machine. - I realize he more likely to play but just got to play solid

ya know right towards the end with like a minute to go and they throw to pack and the guy DOES FOUL him and he just threw it up trying to get free throws? - -he truly was fouled. I mean it just threw it up , thinking they was going to call it - -clearly was a foul you could see in the replay - -just kin dof dum on his part - - and YET not dum - the refs blew that call - -if he got shots it would of made it a 2 point game instead of going to 4 when K/State has to foul

@Crimsonorblue22 ICould be wrong, but I think that Baylor is pretty much going to lose their entire starting five to either the draft or graduation.

Flagler, Thamba, Mayer, Chimmy Changa, of those playing for them right now should be back.
With Mitchell and Butler projected first round they have to go. Vital finally leaves, Teague makes a living somewhere, G-League or overseas

KU, from the way it looks today, should be top dogs again next season.
If we land a PG who can actually play, I would say that is basically a lock.

How do we guard sims?

@DanR Just what you wished for! It would be fantastic to get TX back after losing twice. But it would suck to lose to Shaka 3 times in one season. Ok St is the only other team that swept Self in a Big 12 season, both home and away, and I don’t think we played them in the Big12 tourney. I don’t want Shaka to be the first. But it’s a weird season, so I wouldn’t give him any credit anyway.

@Crimsonorblue22 I was thinking the same thing. Can we win without Dave? We did great against TX last game when Dave was on the bench first half, but Sims was also on the bench. 2nd half was not fun with both in the game, but nobody else could guard Sims. He’s not a huge scorer for their team overall, but we don’t match well against him without Dave.

Its not really sims, its a combination of the athletic ability of Sims, Brown and Jones that we have zero answer for.

I apologize guys from the get go , hate to be the Negative Nelly , however this is the worst Scenario for us. - -I mean just terrible match ups across the board even more so with Dave being out. - -I mean we have zero answer for Sims - -who is going to match up with him ? - You figure you have Garrett on Coleman , Oachi on Andrew Jones I figure those to are givens - - I guess you can always try to play Wilson on Sims - - - not good - -who the hell is Braun going to defend ? - just a bad situation , Texas long /Big/Athletic/
