That's that and we got a call on the over and back and the flip back in to Tre..Mbiya should have come in as the first backup all year and Kohl started in the first games and we probably gave up on him too early. Hindsight and an almost great finish.

That was a pretty unbelievable way to lose. They played bad most of the game yes but it was there to take and should have at least went to overtime. Bill put in Elmarko for defense only for that to happen. Flory didn't really jump to try and block that but the worse part was guys not helping when there simply wasn't time to pass.

Kohl not playing more might have been the most annoying part of the season. It's clear what Jamari is at this point, Kohl could have given more/developed.

The first step isn't what got him. Elmarko bit on the stutter step, he had good position initially.

Ugly game.
Heroic effort to tie the game. Truly. We should pause on that and give credit where credit is due.
Then, a Crimson & Blue gift-wrapped win for St.John's to undermine the heroic comeback. Wow.
Why on Earth Self swapped Rosario for ElMarko I can only speculate... Rosario's contributions in the comeback were undeniable.
It was a bizarre ending for a bizarre year. I'm sorry that Council and Tre weren't able to have more post-season success. I will miss them both.
Flory is really good, but should be interesting to see if he gets any bites.
DP was an interesting experiment.

probably won't have to worry about Kohl now, he probably going to transfer out

Self needs to make his decision relatively quickly on his future too for recruiting purposes. We've seen how a coach choosing to retire late summer can gut a roster and set programs back.
Also, if Vaughn isn't the choice, Self needs to make the decision so KU can go out and find a coach. If KU looked outside the program instead of going with Vaughn, I would be looking at College Station and Bucky McMillan.

Riding with Elmarko and Mari over Kohl and Dawson killed any chance at this team having depth. I would get if they played great but both guys were effective about 3 outta 35 games.

Wait and see- -Tiller will transfer out and go somewhere else and instantly become some super stud. Watch whole new roster next yearI think chances pretty good that Kohl and maybe Paul too will be gone
