I have to imagine that Puma wouldnāt be dumb enough to have him skip college and gain a following. Let him play in Adidas for a year and then pick up that contract where they left off.
At the same time, I have to imagine that Adidas is smart enough to let him wear whatever shoes he wants as long as he is dunking in an Adidas uniform. This is a small hurdle imo.

Well BShark all I know is that there IS some mutual interest. I donāt know that itās KU, just that he is committing somewhere. It was publicly put out there.
Now, it would seem KU is in as good a spot as anyone but there are definitely hurdles.

Should be a take regardless. Outside of Dajuan we have no clue what weāre getting at the guard spot. Add him, CJ, Jamari and Elmarko and let the best player win minutes.

No offense to the guys but Iām not letting Cuffe, Yes and BPJ stand in the way of that. If Mikey wants to come you accept the commit & figure things out later.

I also wonder if the Jamari commit and Elmarko visit put some pressure on him to hurry up with a potential decision. Because from what weāve been told Mikey loves Kansas

Iād think so too but Bossi disagreed. Not saying his info is perfect of course plus he has to mind what he says publicly even behind a pay wall.

His contract with Puma requires social media stuff. That would spill over into the team etc so its definitely a distraction of sorts.
