Badgers will be tied for 1st in the BIG when they stomp NW in Madison tomorrow night. Since a 2-4 slump late dropped them to 6-6 in the league, they’ve won 6-0 and will be heavily favored to win tomorrow night. Maryland is really struggling, lost 3 of 4 to bring everyone hope in the league.

KU women back to normal by getting stomped by ISU by 19 and scoring a whopping 42 points for the game tonight.

Kentucky blew a 17 point second half lead against Tennessee tonight. Not that we need much help right now with our seeding or anything, but this win for Tennessee makes us look better.

Texas just banked a 3 in with 0.4 left after Doolittle missed a pair of FT’s with OU up 2 that would’ve iced the game.
UT is the second hottest team in the B12 now winning their 5th straight with the last 3 (including tonight) against tournament teams.

WVU trying to avoid their 6th loss in their last 7 games in Ames. WVU up 2 with 20 seconds left.

Had to laugh. - -Was doing my regular thing checking out other teams sites , seeing if I could find anything such as recruiting tid bits and what have ya. - -The other day the good ol Kentucky Board OF COURSE was talking about how KU was over rated and basically we had a slop league and they hoped they got a chance to play us and thought they were playing the best ball in America - -( OF COURSE )
The subject was brought up how their leagues very average Tennessee team gave us all we wanted in our beloved Phog . - So last night was very gratifying for me - - Cause can someone refresh my memory please , wasn’t this GREAT KENTUCKY team - -the one that’s playing the best ball in America , can someone refresh my memory and tell me who exactly was it that this great Kentucky team was playing last night? - - On their home floor no less ? - -Um let’s see wasn’t it that very average Tennessee team , a Tennessee team that had a 15-13 record ? - -hmmmm , next time they might not wanna crow to loud - -gotta love it. - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Notre Dame is hammering FSU to make a push late. I’m sure there is a scenario where we aren’t a number 1 seed even if we lose the next 2.

OSU was able to extend KSUs losing streak to 10. Winning 69-63, I got a good laugh watching the last few minutes. McGuril for KSU ran into a ref and laid himself out and they showed highlights of Sneed missing a break away dunk he tired to showboat on (second one that I’ve seen, Diarra had the first). Haha that is one sorry club at this point, may finish the season with not only more punches than wins but missed dunks

KU is still the only team to hold Dayton under 50% on two point shots. Not the stiffest competition in their league but still!

They should be a #1 seed however all you see in the media is trying to tout Maryland/Kentucky/ACC for that 4th spot at the moment. They are arguably the 3rd best team in the country as well above Gonzaga. What seems to be holding back Dayton is the resume. That’s where other teams have the advantage

Would hate to have to go through Dayton to get to the FF. Hope they get seeded away from us.
Plus, the NCAA loves Dayton – so close to Indy and the host of play-in games. They seem like nearly a lock for Elite Eight.

Hard to imagine them getting in without winning the American conference tournament at this point. They have a solid record at 22-8 with a loss tonight. But have 1 win over a quadrant 1 team. Would be tough to make a case for a team finishing in 5th in that conference to get in.

And that Q1 win is over bubble team Oklahoma. WSU doesn’t deserve an at large bid this season.

@Crimsonorblue22 highly unlikely, last time I looked he is the 12th highest paid coach in CBB. He makes more than a couple of coaches with a national title. With his big contract and very little pressure where he’s at, I’d be shocked if he leaves. He’s struggling in a decent league right now.

Well it’s already started concerning things for seedings in the NCAA tourney. - -All these teams that’s on the bubble , just getting quite a bit smaller for a chance to make it. - -Was reading results from some of the Conference tourneys and so many lower seeded teams knocking off higher seeds in their Conference Tourney. These are leagues that unless you win your Tourney , you not making the NCAA. - - So that’s going to take a spot away from other bubble teams. - -going to be crazy.

The only other team playing in a conference tournament game today that’ll be affected by a loss is ETSU. ETSU in the SoCon is a potential bubble team that could lose so that’s a tournament with keeping an eye on. Furman is more than capable of knocking the Bucs off and making ETSU sweat it out.
The Pac 12 and AAC both have multiple regular season games this weekend that will have a big impact on the bubble. In the P12, USC and UCLA play each other and UCLA would clinch at least a share of the P12 title with a win and Stanford plays at Oregon in a game that could move the Cardinal off the bubble. If UCLA and Stanford both lose, they would meet in the 2nd round of the P12 tournament in a game that could have big NCAA tournament implications.
Tomorrow in the American, Tulsa plays at WSU in a game Tulsa could win the regular season title outright and Houston host Memphis in a game Memphis has to have to keep their tournament hopes alive.

Wichita St. needs a win today for any upset to be relevant for their tournament hopes. If they don’t win today at home against Tulsa, they will be flat out off the bubble regardless of what anyone else does this weekend or in their conference tournaments and they will have to win the AAC tournament to get the automatic bid. You can’t claim a win against Oklahoma as your best win and get an at large bid.
