That was truly awful. Perhaps the worst commit announcement I’ve watched and most are pretty bad.

I’m going with the at 15:43 left in the first half tomorrow …ol billy and silvio take off the warm ups and check in and the crowd goes nuts. Self looks at weber and just smiles. Ku hoes on 45 - 0 run and wins by 60.

That was truly awful. Perhaps the worst commit announcement I’ve watched and most are pretty bad.
The only one that’s ever topped that was a 5 star Safety choose FSU recently and took 3 1/2 hours. His entire team went before him (with no prior knowledge anyone else was announcing) and they delayed it 3 times because of a missing microphone

I don’t even dare bother with football recruiting. Most of the time those players won’t even see the field for 1-2 years.

With these things I have always felt KU would release a statement rather then the coach getting to announce

KU hiring a great coach might not happen before football becomes irrelevant due to lack of player interest due to CTE.

You wonder how much longer Billy will be in town unless he plans on playing next year. Why stay and practice minimal reps with the first team, he could go over seas and play. He is projected to go in the late second round as of right now, not sure anyone would draft him at this point.

Waited this long, why not a little longer. We are getting pretty good at this waiting game. Hell, we’ll wait as long as it takes. In fact, hell itself may freeze over as we wait…and…we wait…This is awesome to wait. It’s like watching grass grow or paint drying. I love it.

Think we’re at a point where we can go ahead and say that more has been known with BP’s situation all along honestly. As much as we may wish to believe it’s just a complicated situation/paperwork pain the ass etc… clearly there is much more than we know. Which is fine also. Also fair to assume there’s a or many major issues involved in his case. Don’t recall who said it earlier in the season. But yep… “Billy we hardly knew ya”
