Our freshmen looked better from the very beginning. He looked better just walking into the program two years ago. Guys get redshirted to improve their game. He hasn’t improved and it can be argued that he regressed. Silvio was running scout team last season, not playing Selfball so he wasn’t running KU sets.

Tait had the hardest case to make, although Garrett certainly deserves to be in the discussion. Dok has been on a tear lately, but Dotson has been most consistently excellent. I really think we’ll have to see how the postseason plays out. I think today showed Dotson is the best player, Doke is the most valuable, and Garrett is the best defender. No way is this a 4 point game with a healthy Doke the entire game today.

  @mayjay I’m of the opinion - and I agree with you, by the way - that Coach and the school already have a pretty good idea on what the punishment is going to be, thus being able to sign Thompson among others.

  The reason that ESPN doesn’t have great games on late at night is because they have their NBA Showcase game on ABC at 7 in Prime time and they don’t want much competition. It seems to me it’s been a couple years at least since CBB was played in Prime time.

I mean you know - - where is that WOW factor at with this team ? - Someone tell me with this team just stuns you, makes you say - - we got this - -something that you just kinda of like OH YA - we good . - I just don’t see it, not necessarily saying it has to be that way, but in years past we had that player that just kind of like at times you could go DAM - they just balled. - I dunno I know making a lot of nothing but just different. - If I were an opponent, this current KU team would not be a team that intimidated me, they just don’t look or put out that kind of vibe where they can do that. I mean cause look at it, sure we have beaten the teams we should of Beaten BUT what would you say has been our best win this year ? - - Every time we have been challenged by other teams closer to us - - we have got beat. Duke ,Villa Nova , Baylor -what’s our quality tier one win this year? Would have to be West Virginia.   We lost to Dook and Nova because of our end game. We beat Tech and Baylor with our end game. Maybe we are getting better, a bad pass and a lucky 3 by Baylor made that a 3 point game instead of a 8 point one. Just gotta learn from those.

  yes , # 1 let’s finish the season that way, this could very well be our year. On a side note , there is not really very many times I’m going to ever agree with Kentucky fans - - -BUT on this I HAVE to agree. I mean seriously ? - - this is a perfect example how media and others suck up to duke’s butt. - -they go out and get their butt kicked all over the floor by NC State lose by 22 and they drop ONE spot in the Rankings - - ONE - - what’s wrong with this picture? - - Anybody else they are gonna drop at least 3-4-5 spots.
