  The only time I want to see KU-Wisconsin is in the NC game. Then it’s go Jayhawks destroy those scrawny cheeseheads. That being said a mid major on the two to four line is fine with me.

Self had this to say a month ago about Harris "Self on Dajuan Harris (redshirting): He’s been good. He’s a good player. If he was eligible he would be playing a lot and helping us. Self adds Harris is probably further along than KU would have thought at this point."

  Oddly, I suspect Cal would not have gotten the nomination if UNC had performed to expectations. Cal may have saved UK’s season, while Roy’s team showed how things can accelerate from questionable to disaster.

  @Bosthawk I hear you on always waiting for the new season to begin. I buy atleast two college basketball yearbooks every season (though I could get all of the info online). When they hit the stands I feel good, knowing that some KU bball is about ready to start.

In the P12, USC and UCLA play each other and UCLA would clinch at least a share of the P12 title with a win and Stanford plays at Oregon in a game that could move the Cardinal off the bubble. If UCLA and Stanford both lose, they would meet in the 2nd round of the P12 tournament in a game that could have big NCAA tournament implications. Tomorrow in the American, Tulsa plays at WSU in a game Tulsa could win the regular season title outright and Houston host Memphis in a game Memphis has to have to keep their tournament hopes alive. bottom line there are some teams that’s on the bubble that’s not going to want to see any teams other then the predicted favorites to win. - if there is - -they are screwed.- -any upsets sure doesn’t help Wichita State and other teams such a that Wichita St. needs a win today for any upset to be relevant for their tournament hopes. If they don’t win today at home against Tulsa, they will be flat out off the bubble regardless of what anyone else does this weekend or in their conference tournaments and they will have to win the AAC tournament to get the automatic bid. You can’t claim a win against Oklahoma as your best win and get an at large bid. I could give a dm if they need an upset or not - - they suck You’re the one who specifically mentioned WSU as not wanting to see bid stealers win. All I said was they needed to beat Tulsa for any of those potential upsets to be relevant for WSU since a loss to Tulsa pretty well knocks them off the bubble and into the have to win their tournament to get in group. look I’m not here to have another debate go back and forth with you. WICHITA STATE SUCKS you understand that I understand that. Not gonna ruin my day by been to good of a day time to let it go make more out of it then what it is. So with that being said I’m done about Wichita State for now ok - is that ok? I’m getting ready to go out and celebrate another Big 12 Championship with my friends so anyways let’s just agree to look forward to the tournament with the boys

  Wake Forest isn’t a job that I’d would’ve taken in Danny’s position. We know Danny is a competitor and wanted to make the jump to major college basketball from Tulsa. I don’t blame him for trying but we all know how KSU and WSU are both our little brothers because of the success of the program here. That’s magnified in North Carolina because they are not only the little bro of blue bloods UNC and Dook. But NC State has a decent program and is historically much better than Wake. Outside of the Tim Duncan years and 2003. They have done zip for the most part since the 60s. It’s also bad that there are 13 D1 basketball programs in that state. Some guys probably over look them because they think they’d play more at a Davidson type of school and be successful rather than get stomped by the other ACC teams in the state on a yearly basis.

  @kjayhawks We have JUST GOT to get more consistency out of Oachi, the color guy even talked about how he has a tendency to disappear - we can’t have those no shows in the Tourney. I mean ya late he scored some but for 3/4 of the game where was he offensively. We can’t just have him with the take that someone else will get it done offensively , we need this to be a TEAM approach

  Ochai is more likely to turnover the ball if he catches it. He has been a turnover machine as of late. Obviously Dot and Moss are the go to guys when getting the ball in late when other teams are looking to foul. Marcus is as good as a ball handler as Dot and is the best passer on the team. That gives you a better chance once the ball is entered, Garrett shoots 62% from the line and Ochai 67% so you are pretty much a wash there. As @Crimsonorblue22 doing it quick is usually the best.

  Self said in post game that both Marcus and Doke said they felt good before and after the game. He said if they had a set back he would definitely consider resting them going forward but doesn’t seem like they are in too bad of shape.
