that’s very true, seems when Bill goes all in - - -Bill goes all in , If we could somehow pull the rabbit out of the hat – land him would be beyond Awesome. Doesn’t hurt he is coming on late night, seems to always leave an impression in recruiting. - -Only bad thing is Duke gets the last visit -fingers crossed

Let me guess. I’m assuming you’re fairly young - less than 35 and recently married. You switched jobs a few years back, which implies you’re not a legacy so name recognition is out for pay bumps. Also you had to switch jobs to get a pay raise so you’re not at the top of the pay scale. Average accountant salaries are about 55k, I assume you’re good at your job and earn 6 figures. You work for someone; not self employed , but that caps Income. Your moniker implies you may be in the KC Kansas area, if so less than 8% of households make 200k per year. Given your stance on overcoming adversity I figure you’d last until it got hot in July at best. 3-4 months pay at 16k per month I can handle. But you’d have to be in the top 5% performance wise to command that level of pay. Let me know if you’re interested and qualified.
If you reeeeally want to know I’m 30 and I make $150k. Let me know if you end up needing an accountant in that pay range. I’m pretty good.

Don’t worry soon enough we’ll be back to the sky is falling, Harris can’t shoot, Hunter isn’t worth the money, Elmarko was really a 5 star recruit?, KJ should play the 3, Bill can’t coach, Kevin is Kevin, Timberlake is supposed to be the greatest shooter since the beginning of time and can’t piss in the ocean, why can’t the Aussie play more, Mcdowell is too small, Zach shouldn’t redshirt and why did all the talent go to Christian and not rub off on Parker. Sound about right?

Larry Bird and Michael Jordan for example. Neither made any changes when things got really hard. Which is why Bird is Bobby Knight’s greatest success and MJ only retired when his basketball career was done.

If Udeh stayed at KU he’d be stuck in a cable car, maybe for 2 yrs. I really wanted to see him develop, hard to develop getting hunter’s mop up minutes. Dude needs to play. When Hunter got here there was a lot of talk it was for 2 yrs.

He’s my ideal wing target. Last two wings Bill had with 40 inch verticals went in the first round.

Passmore does a lot of Och type things for sure. Multi-year guy but athletes like that you can at least get on the floor early if the effort is there.

I think a BOOM is needed here. This to me is big time, He cancels his visit to Arkansas, and instead is visiting KU. Arkansas is the School I was worried about with him. For me I think this improves our chances about 30 % higher - - ROCK CHALK

He just about did a Julian Wright the other day. Staff always does super great on OVs, fully expect this one to end in our favor.

That dude is super high on both of them. He comped Passmore to Benedict mathurin and he’s talked about how flory is a Giannis level athlete.

Sounds like KU has a decent chance at Flagg and is in less than optimal position with McNeeley. Any chance they want to continue to play together?

Hopefully the Duke claws aren’t so deep since that’s his dreamy school. My worry is that he’s entertained KU enough to get us excited but secretly already knowing where he’s going and just enjoying the visits as every kid should. KU will put on a great visit for him this weekend and roll out the red carpet. I hear our NIL is very enticing and robust here as well.
He visits Duke after the KU visit which is the biggest worry even if KU knocks this out of the park. We’ll see how it plays out I guess. Would be the biggest recruiting victory in some time if Self and co can close.

He still has his claws in that program. Probably will be there when Flagg appears on campus for his visit.

Wiggs was thought to be a UK/FSU battle. Joel was thought to be a Florida/UCLA lean. Get em on campus and see where things go. He could decide to come or not but take the shot.
