Somehow after last night he still has us at a 3. Nebraska, Illinois, ISU and Houston occupy the two line. Dude must really hate Houston because polls show them ranked 3rd. I don't pay too much attention to the regions we're projected to be in this far out.Jerry Palm no update with last nights results. We're at a 3.
One thing about projected seeds, like I said about Houston is if you say who is seeded higher than them whom you think they should replace?
If we're a 3, I can see ISU going to do a 3 now and us moving up, or possibly Illinois moving down. I don't want to be a believer in Illinois. They're really pretty good this year but play a very modern NBA/European style with lots of bombs and that makes them susceptible to shooting slumps. They've had a couple of losses that aren't great losses. They also have road wins that looked big, like winning at Purdue, but Purdue been slumping.

Cbs updated this morning. Houston 1 seed, we're a two, Zona also a 1, and Uconn is a two after losing to the Johnnies

Decourcey is kind of rough on us. He kept us on the 3 line even after beating Zona whom he kept on the 1 line. Put us in the same region as Duke. Lots of high stakes games to come so we can't take too much out of this latest projection.

Lunardi did the same thing. Honestly hilarious given that Illinois Iowa state both lost. And Purdue's already lost a few games while we have way better wins. Just take care of business

My annual reminder that literally nothing NOTHING NOTHING in any bracket up to a week before the tournament will be remotely accurate. Who cares. Hey, you might have a scoop for the #1 seeds. Woohoo. We all see the rankings. Lunardi historically only gets about 10% of the bracket right THE DAY before the tournament selection. I will not post again in this thread unless I get irritated again. Which will happen. Farmer's almanac is BS too, FYI, as is that groundhog crap. My sister was born on February 2, and she casts a big shadow every day. Big, I tell ya.

Bracketology projections may not mean anything but I've always found them interesting.

@Jayhawk_69 Same here, mostly because they give me an idea about teams I don’t follow that might warrant paying more attention to.
