The Dean Dome kind of blows. It’s waaaaay too big both as far as capacity and footprint. Allen is a small 16,300, Dean is a massive 21,750. Since it’s so huge it’s never that loud except for huge ACC games. Doubt a home and home ever happens as long as Roy is there. K will never do a home and home with KU either.
Cameron is just a different experience. It’s basically a HS gym. The baskets come down from the ceiling and there aren’t any seats in the student sections. Ushers are there to squeeze everyone in as tight as possible, shoulder to shoulder and front to back, on what are essentially risers.

The call was out-of-bounds off of Auburn initially. It was overturned during review to give Auburn the ball back.

@FarmerJayhawk I’ve only been to a few games outside of Allen Fieldhouse, but not one has been near the atmosphere in Lawrence. I’d just like to experience other “great” college b-ball arenas to baseline the experience. I’d like the perspective.

@dylans John Paul Jones is a nice venue. It was packed and loud, and there’s not a bad seat in the house (I know, bc I was second to last row in a corner!).
I’ve been to Cameron and Dean Dome. Cameron was old school, small and loud. UNC felt big and soulless.

Colorado not looking good at all here early in the second, would be a bad loss at home. UNI is 8-1 but only played WV and South Carolina, losing to WV.

UNI 14/26 from 3 against Colorado. Shot better from 3 than from 2.

KSU shot 32.6%, including 6/18 3 pointers. However, refs gave them 36 free throws, of which they made 27, meaning 44% of KSU points were from free throws.

So now with ALL my most favorite ( just joking guys ) - not hardly - - but with all three of these bad boys now bein beaten on their home/home turf. - - -Duke lost to Stephen F Austin - - Kentucky loses to Evansville - & Now North Carolina losing to Wofford - -mercy what shall the Basketball world ever do? - -Say it isn’t so Ethel - - to late. I know NC lost at their old place - -but it was a HOME game - - NC is in some Serious trouble - -they can’t score.

Yep. My adopted 2nd team is in deep dog turds. Doesn’t get any easier either. Have Gonzaga Wednesday at Spokane then UCLA Saturday in Vegas.

This might be Roy’s worse team at UNC. Even with Anthony they were probably a 4-6 seed.

Not even close. This UNC team is still very good defensively, but this is definitely his worst offensive team. Overall, this team isn’t even close to being as bad as his 2009-10 team was after he won his second title.

Well there is the kiss of Death.- - We will be tested these next 2 weeks for sure. - -Villanova , Then Stanford. - we just don’t do well the game before Christmas break & both these games on the Road AND being ranked # 1 - - -those are bad signs
