-

Not really sure what the definition of a booster is… you may be one already!

A friend of mine has a Nephew that plays for one of the Pac 12 schools , and we were talking and his Nephew was in need of something very minor but needed badly but didn’t have the means to buy it - - My Buddy said when he heard he thought well Hell I’ll send him the money so he can get this myself - - then like I told him when I heard and he said before I even had the chance to say - - NOPE can’t do that - -that would be impermissible benefits and would instantly make him ineligible and him become a booster.
Believe me we are taking tiny amount of money , just another example of these kids not being allowed to get any kind of support - -crazy rules - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Gradey Dick seems like a 22 recruit that is all but certain KU’s to lose at this point. However its the 2022 class and that’s far away

For me, @jayballer73’s post raised a question. Can these scholarship players accept money for their parents? I can’t imagine that a parent wouldn’t want to provide basic necessities. Are parents allowed to help and the line is drawn at extended family members, or not even the parents are allowed?

16 year olds have a tough time committing to what kind of toppings to get on their frozen yogurt let alone stick to a college commitment. Never think this stuff sticks.
-
@HighEliteMajor I also have a hard time committing to what type of topping I have on frozen yogurt.
-
It’s be hard to get me to commit to yogurt period. Lol
Seriously - Royce Woolrridge, Frankamp, Peters ? (Post that got concussed), Markese Jacobs, Tre White.

Read where KU has offered to Skyy Clark. - - A 6’2 combo guard from Heritage Christian Ca. Skyy is the # 18 ranked player in the class of 2022.
Holding offers so far from Memphis , Texas Tech , Vanderbilt , Depaul , Eastern Washington , Florida State , Fresno State , UCLA , Arizona , Arizona State , Auburn , KU , & Boston U.
Really likes Coach Self and how KU develops Guards , saying that we do a really good job of developing guards.
Schools he talked about wanting to possibly visit : - - Gonzaga , Kentucky , KU , Michigan , Depaul , Florida State , Arizona , & George Town

Recruiting west coast kids feels like a waste of time.

That’s his pinned tweet, still early but he does play for Adidas AAU.
We sure stand out on his offer sheet…
-
@BShark Bill and staff are having to work at it. They’ve been pretty darn good at identifying under the radar talent. Unfortunately that’s going to have to continue as the top recruits aren’t beating the doors down right now.

Agree. We were lucky with Bryce but the rest of the last two classes Self has had to fall back on his talent evaluation. The good news is, I think he is still pretty good at it. Braun has surprised early. I like what I see from Tristan if he can figure things out. I’m not too sure about Gethro and Jossell but they are end of the roster filler for now.
If offers are any indication 21 isn’t going to be any different. Outside of Tamar Bates (who I really like) I’m not sure who we have a good chance at. Would love Tchikou but there is no way that happens. I know Kendall Brown likes Kansas a lot but if it comes down to money
