Kyle Cuffe now ranked #56 in the 2022 rankings on rivals. Jumped 22 spots. His composite will jump if ESPN ever gets around to ranking him as well.
The issue with ESPN besides sucking out loud is that they only bother with ranking 60 underclassmen.

Couple of things comment from Vincent Iwuchukwu a 7 footer that KU has offered see him say KU was for sure was involved.
Then see we offered Braeden Moore a 6’8 pf out of Nashville Tenn # 52 ranked avg 20.4 & 8.4 ppg this year , been making or averaging 3 -three pointers a game not sure what to think
Watch some tape, can’t say overly impressed at this point anyways - - could be me though. To me looks kind of slow a foot , looks like a below the rim player at least didn’t see anything in his hi-lite , his shot looks pretty low projectory/kind of flat- -but hell what do I know lol, his body build his shot looks kind of like Christian to me only Christian more arch- - - yet looks like same release - -not sure how that will even work out just saw we offered

Tennessee, West Virginia, Georgetown, Auburn, KU, Arkansas, Arizona St, Memphis, some of the noteworthy offers in the past month. Went from Liberty offer to KU.

Don’t see it. KU is really the only major blue blood - -other then that ehh, Tennessee maybe - - -Auburn MAYBE - -MAYBE other then KU ummm no. - -No Duke - - No N Carolina - - No Virginia - - No Gongaza’s - - -No Baylor’s - - -No Kentucky’s you see those schools offering then you know ya this kid is really legit - just don’t see interest not impressive at all from what I see. Granted just one highlight film -but if that is a highlight? - - mercy , think we could do better with out Scholi’s for sure

I don’t think the other big name programs will offer but I’m just pointing out he has several high major offers from several diverse teams. Some of those teams offered him when his game doesn’t even look to fit with the typical recruit those schools get. The film doesn’t jump but maybe there’s some recent film not for viewing that shows some kind of improved game. For someone to be getting that much attention he must be okay

ya have to agree with that. - There just has to be some other tape that shows different agree, for that many schools to offer or be interested. - Another thing though is too we seem to already have what we need for that spot frontline, think we should be ok I just feel we need the help more in the back court 2 guard PG’s and such but ya I agree with you on those points.

The way he is progressing he may end up a G League guy anyway when it comes to it. Definitely not going anywhere for free

He is skilled and can shoot, but not athletic. I am with you and others, think that we need to a get us a couple of bigtime athletes.

His ranking didn’t make any sense before if you only factor in his athleticism.

Agree, athleticism alone I see Top 50. The defensive chops are evident in film as well. I’m wondering if he hasn’t been seen enough until he moved to Blair. Super high on this kid. He gets to the next level if his shooting ability continues to improve

It would certainly help if he can but it won’t solve all the issues Self is facing in the backcourt after this year. He needs to find another guard via the transfer market or get lucky an elite level one falls into his lap. Unlikely the latter happens so maybe the transfer market will be helpful

Now if we got both to reclass and come here then that’s something to be hopeful on. However young backcourts often have a ton of growing pains here, especially developing chemistry. Seems like we really need one good guard from HS and a veteran guard from the transfer portal to mix with Harris and Bryce

@BeddieKU23 Yeah, we loaded up on wings no doubt. With everything going on that was probably out of necessity, we had to sign them because that was who we could get and we needed bodies. But we definitely need a couple of guards.

Some interesting comments from Issacs, over 20 plus offers saying these 5 contact the most : - - Gonzaga , Iowa , Missouri , Oregon & KU.
6’2 PG from Utah , says this about KU. - -Has been talking to Kurt Townsend every week. That’s a GREAT relationship been building ever since he was a kid because of my DAD. It’s going well with them for sure. - -Sounds interesting for sure. had been some talk about him re-classifying TO 2021 BUT he says he is going to stay with 2022 saying he thinks if he was going to re-classify to 2021 he would of announced it by now.
Said he could be cutting his list down relatively soon. - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Status: Rylan Griffen was once rumored to commit early last year but is now looking to wait things out and make a decision right before his senior year. Kansas looked to be the original favorite, however, Arkansas, Arizona, Kansas State, Oklahoma, and Memphis have made up ground.

Read where Ku has interest in Braeden Carrington - - Them and Baylor both. - -Has offers from Florida , Minnesota , Missouri , & Seton Hall.
Said he wants to visit Fla , Missouri , Baylor , Missouri , & KU. Not sure in all seriousness how strong KU is with him , he said they haven’t talked a lot but when they have KU talking how he would fit the program and want to get to know him better 6"3 Combo that is I guess been working at some PG out of Minn , Mn - -has good Medium Range and gets to the Basket , solid defender.
Anybody else heard anything on this guy ? - -I don’t really think they will attempt to hard , never know

Shooting form looks good. From what I looked at, not what I’d consider an above the rim guy or super explosive athlete. But I wouldn’t turn my nose up. Good dexterity with both hands.
Has a younger brother Mikai may be the real target…

Carrington has good form but not an explosive athlete by any means. I don’t see PG from the videos I watched either…
The other kid Kintmann can shoot it, looks like 6’8. Needs the S & C program to work on things. Not sure where this offer goes. Euro kid I believe…

Baylor again killing the recruiting trail. They landed 4 star guard Dillon Hunter #42. Athletic big combo guard that gets to the lane and can shoot it. Pretty much a carbon copy of the recruit KU needs but can’t land

Ku showing interest in 4 star PG Tre Holloman. They haven’t offered but noted increased contact. Athletic guard at 6’1, good quickness and can shoot it. Prides himself as being a good on-ball defender. Really one KU should get involved with…
Edit: Kids from Minnesota and Michigan St offered in October. Also the 2nd ranked Safety in Football in Minn. Michigan St is after him hard, might suggest why they haven’t offered.

Really haven’t seen Bailey linked with KU. Honestly don’t think we can play in that sandbox if you get the hint. National recruit playing on a big HS team that funnels kids to Nike etc. He’s a stud but I think our recruiting efforts would be wasted on him with what we are currently faced with
