If KU plays Duke, Bagley is gonna score 50+.
I doubt we would be his first fifty point collegiate game, unless you were exaggerating…
-
@BigBad Yeah must be nice.
@HawkChamp Slightly yeah. I would dread Lightfoot checking him though, yikes!
-
Loyola and Tenn coming down to the wire.
-
Well we have them in foul trouble. Driving helps, need to hit the boards, Vick will be back
-
Another win for Sister Jean.
-
WOW. T Tech is in the double bonus with over 11 minutes to go.
-
Oh look, soft Michigan player flops…
-
Wow Michigan wins on last second shot
-
Talk about mix feelings. I wanted Michigan eliminated but the Houston player with the man bun is just the most annoying player in the entire tournament, glad to see him gone.
-
@JayHawkFanToo I like him.
-
that was a thrilling game.

Michigan fouls after miss with 4 seconds left. Turn off tv in disgust. Miss epic buzzer beater.

Fell asleep while Houston was apparently missing free throws and Michigan was making another hole in my bracket. Good grief I hate Michigan.

If these are the current win probabilities then something is wrong with this bracket :

Which ones do you think are wrong? Look fairly reasonable to me.
-
I’d put KSU at 100%.
-
@JayHawkFanToo how is Duke higher than us when they’re a 2 seed and have to go through Michigan State and us? How is Xavier a 1 seed and below Gonzaga UNC and Michigan, all lower seeds in their bracket?
-
@approxinfinity I was wondering the same about KU/Duke. If seeds hold true: KU has to play Clemson and then Dook. One hard game, one normal game. Dook has to play MSU to get to KU. Two hard games. How does Puke have the better odds to come out of the bracket? Even if they are the supposed best team in the bracket they have to perform at a high level longer to advance.
Oh well KU plays better with a chip.
-
@BShark We now know no one is ever 100%.
-
@approxinfinity @dylans Don’t confuse seeding with perceptions of how strong a team is. Seeds are based on an entire season. Strength in the tourney is perceived by writers and fans alike, based on how a team is playing over the past few weeks.
There is no doubt that based on how Duke is playing they would be perceived as stronger than either MSU or KU, and that is what the odds of advancing are based on. Their early season struggles led to their seed, but those struggles are over, apparently.
-
@mayjay I’ve only watched one Dook game (vs UNC) and it left me feeling ok about playing them. Bagley is nice, but our set of guards is nicer.
-
What @mayjay said. No question that Duke and Nova had impressive games and seem to be peaking at their right time; Duke is actually started playing some decent defense which was considered its weakness.
-
MSU and Syracuse in a ugly battle, MSU has 21 offensive rebounds and 17 second chance points with. 4 point lead.

@kjayhawks shooting % ugly
