Trailed Omaha tonight in the bottom of ninth. 2 run bomb tied it, then loaded the bases for a walk off slam. They’re starting to gain some attention for their hot start even though the schedule looks suspect.

@wissox YES SIR ! ! , I watched the game exciting game through out, growing to like this team real fast. If you look at their schedule , this team can flat put up some runs, they are averaging right at ten runs pe game right now. Agree their Schedule may not be that strong- -wall at this point anyways but I think they will be competitive to say the least.
Omaha may not be a super power , however they have went to LSU @ LSU which is ranked # three in the Nation and beat them so they are not no dog either very decent team, and they kept battling us too
Our third year Coach is a hell of a Coach-- -comes from LSU- -KU ha had Back , to Back , to Back # one ranked recruiting class from the Juco’s- pretty solid core. – Let’s keep it up guys

the guys bounced back really well today I think it ended up 8-0 - -Like I said yesterday Omaha no slouch , went to LSU which is 3rd in the Nation and won, we can’t expect to win all of them we are now 9-1

Dam , KU now is - -12-- -1 on the Season , beating Milwaukee today in a pounding 21 --3. I know competition hasn’t been the roughest but you put up 21 runs on anybody is pretty Dam good. They have a pretty potent line up top to bottom , they can Score some runs for sure. They are predicted to finish 9th in the Big 12 , ww will see how they end up , but a really good start.
Tale of todays game :KU scored 8 runs in the fifth hit three home runs in the fifth. sent 13 batters to the plate in the fifth & Milwaukee pitchers had to trough 52 pitch’s in the fifth.-- Ku got 8 straight hits in the fifth
Then KU promptly turned around and scored - - 5 runs in the sixth, sent 11= = =batters to the plate and Milwaukee pitchers threw 45 pitch’s
Then in the eight-- KU scored - - 4 runs-- sent - -8 batters to the plate and hit another home run.
KU hit Five Home runs on the day-- Line Score Ku was - - -21 - -runs- on 25 hits - -and hit --5 Home runs, play game three of the four game series tomorrow in Wichita

Well the guys are now- - - -14-- 1, again hasn’t been the toughest non con but I don’t care who your plaguing our boys can put up some numbers. Averaging right at 10 runs a game- - - have hit 30 home runs already on the year
Milwaukee led in all four of these games to start & yet we come back in all and swept them.-- Yesterday they scored 6 runs in the first. I’ve already learned with this bunch-- it ain’t over long game - -ended up winning 20-9 this line up is dangerous 1-9

I feel like the basketball team struggling combined with this team off to a hot start really got the fans behind this program. Good to see!
