I mean that’s how the game works - no doubt But the Friday random trip out was definitely checking to make sure there was not even a hint of questioning the decision due to some rumors flying around
DP is having insane offers thrown at him even post commitment……

Realistically, KU needs some portal commitments this week but that could be hard to make happen.

They need em just to settle down the fanbase and keep things somewhat calm in the midst of all this madness. Hell even some visits might do that.

TOS 247 - guy over there saying he played aau ball and is connected in those circles still with former teammates as coaches ect
Says the third team isn’t even out there yet and happening behind the scenes. Self and staff would have no clue
Nc state hiring his coach so they are in it then him wanting to play with flory thus Iu rumors (plus they are adidas) ……and this mystery 3rd team whose name somehow hasn’t gotten out there yet publicly but is in some tight circles

I can’t lie to you man. He competed and gave it what he had. But after seeing how Duke succeeded with positional size…I’m not sad about Diggy leaving. Now Flory is different.

Flory and DP are a very good core and foundation upon which to build. I’m sure I’m not the only one thinking that and trust that is a priority.

I can’t lie to you man. He competed and gave it what he had. But after seeing how Duke succeeded with positional size…I’m not sad about Diggy leaving. Now Flory is different.
The competitiveness and fire he had was why most wanted him back in a back up role. His size absolutely limited him at this level because I know he’s listed at 5-11, he’s about 5-8. Since Diggy wanted starters minutes, and I don’t blame him for that after being gifted another year, it just wasn’t going to happen here. I hope he finds a good landing spot.

Even if you want Bill to retire, it is crazy that you want it bad enough to hope it happens in the middle of the transfer portal season.
Kentucky got lucky they were able to scramble together a decent roster last year in a similar situation and the transfer portal is even shorter this year.

Seen it from a few people. To be fair, the posts were downvoted severely so I don’t think it’s a common view of the fanbase.
