If DP gets 24 shots again and foul shots then 30/5/2 and we need him on the boards along with Tre. Keeping St Johns off their offensive boards will be a challenge but we have the size and athleticism to do it.

I'll add Council has to have the biggest impact on this game. 4 of his last 5 games under 7 pts. 3-22 from 3 the last month, 6-35 from the field last 4. He's got to figure this out. This is what he worked all year for. Step up

Tre is the factor. He has to show up big and provide offense. Defense as a whole can't sleep on anyone. DP has to know he's going to be double teamed so others have to make bunnies. Drive it at them. REBOUND Rebound REBOUND

I just love how none of the national media really is giving Ku a chance today just automatically saying St Johns-- St Johns- - -St Johns I would love to see KU come out hitting on all cylinder's like I know , you know , we all know we are capable of playing- - -we have seen it this year , you can't tell me St Johns is any better then some of the teams we have beaten this yr. Arizona- --Iowa St- - - Tennessee- --Texas Tch when they had Toppin , and others , it's just a matter of execution. It’s like we have two completely different teams. When all the cylinders are firing we beat top tier teams. And the we have the team that scored a grand total of 47 points a week ago against Houston. Which one shows up today?
I have to admit, from a momentum standpoint, our 4/9 record coming into the tournament somehow does not instill a ton of confidence in me.
But hey, it’s March, anything can happen right? RCJH!
