Big game today: KU is only .500 against ranked teams this year (4 wins-4 losses) and is 4 wins/3 losses in road games. Caleb Grill came back from injury to score 8 3s against TxTech on Monday, so KU might want to guard him beyond the arc. When will Gradey get his stroke/scoring back? Today, I hope. Re: Fran, I don’t listen to the announcers much. Most of the game, I have sound on mute because they say the same stuff every game.

@stoptheflop I enjoy good announcers! Fran isn’t one of them and I tune him out a lot. I must say I’m guilty of plenty of stupid comments on these pages too, probably above average if my Ken Pom commenting stats are to be believed.
Pertaining to ISU, a cyclone is a tropical storm, not a tornado, so they can’t even get their mascot correct, although I must admit, the Kansas based classic Wizard of Oz probably is responsible for this misnamed storm so we (notice pronoun use @mayjay) Kansans bear some unfortunate culpability in this scientific error.

I listened to Landen and his dad’s podcast GLUE GUYS and it provided a lot of landen’s insight into what players think and go through. He saw a lot this last week and they mentioned they had a players meeting after 3rd loss.
